Was so excited to do this Dogtoberfest event in Duluth. The night before I was sent an email that Eventeny put the wrong time. Great, no problem I was still going to be in attendance. Then when I arrived, it took me and a few other vendors to even find someone to know where our spot was. No map, nothing. The email states that you will drive to your event space, drop your merchandise off and then go park and come back in set up. What the city didn’t tell you is you have to unload at the top of a field and walk all your stuff down to your spot. Hard to do when you’re 31 weeks pregnant and have no help. I talked to the event organizer and the first thing she asked was did I watch their event video. Yes, I did because it’s mandatory but even in the video it doesn’t state you have to walk all of your stuff down a field. I have a commercial heat press, 3 tables, a tent, 4 duffel bags for crewnecks, tshirts and other merchandise and other things. Never again. I will be contacting the city.
