Yes. A credit card is required to create an Eventeny account. For Plus, Pro, and Premium plans, your card will be charged according to your selected subscription. For Basic accounts, a card is required to be kept on file but will not be charged. This is an added security measure to help verify that organizations using Eventeny are legitimate and create a safer experience for our participant community.

With automatic payouts, ACH payments are issued daily unless you choose a different schedule. If you prefer to receive payouts by check, payments are issued monthly or quarterly, beginning 45 days after the month closes. Check payouts require verification and may not be available for all Basic plans. A 1% fee, capped at $5 per transaction, applies to check payouts because the payout method cannot be changed for past transactions.
