The City of Duluth and the Duluth High School Wildcat Theatre presents When She Dared. Join us at 8pm on Town Green for When She Dared; a musical written by Duluth High School Senior, Hannah Fleming. The story is centered around 17 year old Charlotte who is struggling to find her place as she battles with her Father over her love for her guitar and music. He feels that she needs to be more practical and plan for a "real" future. When She Dared, will take you alongside Charlotte in an extraordinary journey of self-realization.
