Game On Expo

Game On Expo is celebrating our 12th anniversary, and we welcome a diverse range of vendors, from retro gaming, to modern pop culture, to art and collectibles. When applying, please note if you need hotel accommodations, electricity, wi-fi access, or any additional special requests. This application is limited to vendors, buy-sell, retail shops, and business owners selling video games, consoles, controllers, large publisher games, collectibles, toys, anime items, cosplay and cosplay accessories, "nerdy" items, and other endemic brands. Promoters, owners, and representatives of hotels, travel companies, home remodeling, window replacements, cleaning companies, chiropractors, cellular and mobile phone devices, and other non-endemic brands will be directed to the sponsorship application.

Space includes: One 6' table, two chairs, two vendor passes, and NO pipe and drape.  Tables are reserved for vendors selling TCG cards only. Displays behind the table are not permitted.

This application is limited to independent video game and tabletop game creators. Apply to participate in our indie gaming showcase, highlighting newly published and soon-to-be-published games. Games will be rated by attendees and gamers and winners will be announced on Sunday.

If you are not selected to participate in the Indie Gaming Showcase, we may still purchase an Indie gaming booth.

This application is exclusively for vendors of board, card, and miniatures games. Electronic, VR, and video games sellers should complete the vendor application. 

Approved tabletop vendors will receive one 10 x 10 booth space and one hour each day in a tabletop game space to teach your game to registered players. Schedule is assigned by Game on Expo management. All Game on Expo management decisions are final.

Space includes: One 6' table, two chairs, two vendor passes, and NO pipe and drape.  Tables are reserved for vendors selling video games only, and who do not own either a brick or mortar game store or games sell online. Displays behind the table are not permitted. 

Game on Expo sponsors are nonendemic brands who wish to promote or sell before, during, and after the event. Sponsors have priority placement in the vendor hall, business promotion on the Game on Expo website and app, and have exclusive access to additional promotional items such as print, video, social media, on-site signage, app push notifications, and more. Each sponsor package is custom built to meet individual sponsor needs, KPIs , and creativity.

Sponsors with booth activations are expected to create engaging, themed displays related to gaming, anime, music, or pop culture. Booth mock-ups or plans must be submitted to Game On Expo no later than December 1, 2026. Sponsors are expected to use thematic booth display, interactive elements, or other approved elements to draw attendees to their booth organically. Sponsors MAY NOT shout at, approach, or otherwise bother attendees in an attempt to increase booth traffic.

Game On Expo 2027 - January 15th - 17th, 2027

To note, the number of panels being hosted this year has decreased. To improve your chances of being selected, please be flexible with your availability and lean into the theme of this show. Examples include (but are not limited to):

• Table Top RPGs/Gaming

We appreciate your interest in attending Game On Expo 2027 as part of the Media. Registration deadline is November 30th, 2026. Please apply in advance. On-site press registration will be limited and on a case-by-case basis.

All press submissions will be carefully considered and approved at our discretion.

Thank you for your interest in being a Content Creator (CC) at Game On Expo (GOE) 2027! We are looking for creators who are passionate about Video Games, Anime, Tabletop Gaming, and who love to engage our attendees to enhance everyone's experience at GOE 2027. As a CC, you help makes the con experience even better for our attendees as you can share the love of your fandom. 

Please fill out this application form to apply for our 2027 event.  If approved, you will receive a GOE Creator badge that allows you entrance all three days of the event. Depending on your content and social following you may be eligible for additional benefits.
