Welcome Game Masters, DMs & Storytellers!
Thank you for your interest in supporting Tabletop Gaming at Game On Expo (GOE) 2027! We are looking for those who are passionate about Gaming and want to share their love for rolling the dice, telling stories, and creating amazing experiences with our attendees. Your help makes the con experience even better for our attendees. Share your love of all things gaming!
Please fill out this application form to apply for our 2027 event. Each application allows up to three different games. Applying and application approval does not automatically guarantee all of your games. If approved, someone from the GOE team will reach out to you with details. GOE passes and perks vary by time commitment.
Terms & Conditions
Gaming Perks
For providing gaming events, GOE will provide you a pass for the time you put in. One (1) Game Slot = 4 hour game time. The passes you will recieve will be for the day your game is scheduled.
1 Slot = Single Day Pass for GOE the day you have your game.
2 Slots = Single Day Pass for GOE the days you have your games on.
3 Slots or more = Full Weekend Badge.
Please note: if you run multiple slots on the same day, you will receive multiple single day passes for the same day. If you'd like your additional passes on different days, please let us know.
