Tabletop Gaming

Game On Expo is celebrating our 12th anniversary, and we welcome a diverse range of vendors, from retro gaming, to modern pop culture, to art and collectibles. When applying, please note if you need hotel accommodations. We strive for a fantastic vendor experience, and we can't wait to see what you bring to the expo floor! 

This application is exclusively for vendors of board, card, and miniatures games. Electronic, VR, and video games sellers should complete the vendor application. 

Approved tabletop vendors will receive one 10 x 10 booth space and one hour each day in a tabletop game space to teach your game to registered players. Schedule is assigned by Game on Expo management. All Game on Expo management decisions are final.

Tabletop Gaming Booth Space Application

1. TT Vendors must provide proof of product 
2. Payment is processed upon approval and is non-refundable after November 30th
3. Payment plans are available by request
4. Booth space includes 1 table, 2 chairs, and 1 wastebasket
   1. Additional booth furnishings, electricity, wi-fi, carpet, etc. are charged separately
5. Vendors MUST load-in and set up before 10 a.m. Friday, January 15th. Failure to check in by 9 a.m. will result in the loss of your booth space without refund
6. Vendor set-up times are strictly enforced; vendors must be set up prior to VIP opening
7. Vendors must remain open and operating during vendor hall hours
8. The sale of food and drinks is prohibited without prior approval
   1. Failure to obtain approval may result in your removal from Game on Expo without refund
9. No amplified sound is permitted within the expo hall or convention center (microphone, music, etc.)
10. Vendors must wear exhibitor badge at all times within the space
    1. Vendors must be age 18 or older
    2. Children under 18 are NOT permitted in the expo hall during setup days
11. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only
12. Alcohol consumption is limited to items purchaed by the venue if applicable and in designated areas
    1. Vendors appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be escorted from the event without refund
13. Vendors are required to keep their area neat and tidy at all times and to place wastebasket in the aisle overnight for emptying
14. Game on Expo requires all display items be family friendly and/or appropriately disguised
15. Space assignment is at show runner discretion; we cannot guarantee preferred or requested placement
16. Vendor is responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses and permits and paying all taxes
17. Vendor must abide by federal, state, local, and venue rules and regulations
18. No outside food or beverage is permitted
19. Vendors are encouraged to obtain business and/or event insurance
    1. Game on Expo is not responsible for injury, damage, loss, or theft of any kind
20. Replica weapons are not allowed
    1. If your game requires replica weapons, please contact us prior to applying for approval
21. Subletting, reselling, and sharing space is not permitted without prior approval
22. Vendor hall hours are strictly enforced
    1. If you do not arrive at the venue prior to show opening, you will wait in the security line behind attendees
    2. Failure to arrive and set up on time each day may result in removal from the event without refund
23. Vendor display is limited to your allotted space and must not breach another vendor space or aisles
24. Each vendor booth is set with tables and chairs prior to your arrival
    1. Taking tables and chairs from another booth will incur fees and may result in removal from the event
25. Sales, promotion, and solicitation are permitted ONLY within booth space
26. All applications will be reviewed by the Game on Expo management. Vendors of items that are not related to gaming or anime (i.e. cellular phone companies, home repair & remodel, vacation rentals, hotels, etc.) do not qualify for vendor space and will be redirected to our sponsorship team. All decisions made by the Game on Expo management team are final.
27. Vendors must NOT shut down booth space until after 5 p.m. on Sunday, January 17th
28. Vendors must have all items removed from the show floor by 11 p.m. Sunday, January 17th

Table Sharing Policy

Table sharing is not allowed. Unauthorized sharing or subletting is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of your space without a refund. 

Each party must remain within their allotted space.

Reselling any vendor space to other vendors is strictly prohibited.  The Game On Expo staff can assist you in finding another vendor to purchase your vendor space if you are unable to attend.  

Chargebacks

Any chargeback or payment reversal initiated by a vendor who has checked in on-site will result in automatic cancellation of the vendor’s space without refund. Vendors who initiate chargebacks may also be prohibited from vending at future events. Chargebacks are treated as a breach of this agreement.
