About the event

Game On Expo is a vibrant gaming and anime convention based in Phoenix, AZ where retro gaming, modern esports, anime, cosplay, and pop culture all collide. It's a total playground for fans from nostalgic arcade classics to the latest releases. Expect vendors, artist alley creativity, big name guests, (like voice actors and industry pros), and a jam-packed schedule of panels, tournaments, live music and more! Basically, if you love gaming and anime vibes, it's your on-stop celebration. Held January 15-17, 2027 at the Phoenix Convention Center.

About the application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a crew member for Game on Expo. Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received. Requesting a department assignment does not guarantee placement on that team. Turning down a crew position because it is not the team you requested may result in removal from the crew. Crew members are expected to work a minimum of two (2) four or five hour shifts. Crew members will be compensated with a full event Crew pass to Game On Expo for the weekend, food vouchers for each shift worked, and a single day pass for a friend (Friday or Sunday). Crew members will be issued a crew vest to wear during their shift. Vests must be picked up before your shift and dropped off after. Vests must be work at all times during the shift.

Terms & Conditions

Game on Expo 2027 Crew Terms and Conditions 1. The decision of Game on Expo management is final 2. Applying for and accepting a crew position indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions 3. Game on Expo reserves the right to change, add to, or modify terms and conditions at any time and will notify crew members by email of such changes 4. Joining the Game on Expo crew is a privilege and professionalism is expected at all times 5. Failure to follow Game on Expo and department rules will result in being removed from the event 6. Crew members are expected to have good hygiene: Shower or bathe before your shift, brush your teeth, wear deodorant, comb your hair, etc. 7. Crew members MUST wear NPC vests during your shift. These are property of Game on Expo and should be returned at the end of your shift or given to your replacement Crew member to wear during their shift. 8. While not working, we encourage you to showcase your fandom: let your geek flag fly in a family-friendly, appropriate manner 9. Your conduct and behavior is a reflection of Game on Expo at all times when you are on-site; misbehavior, lewd acts, theft, or any action deemed unsafe will result in removal from the event and the team. 10, Turning down a crew position because it is not the department you wanted may result in being removed from consideration for crew member in future years.
