Food, park entertainment vendors, Sponsors and/or Musical Acts MUST fill out their corresponding application due to the limited need and extremely specific criteria for those types of vendors. Any application that does not fit the criteria of MARKETPLACE VENDOR will be rejected and no refund given.

AS OF 1/1/26, WISCONSIN STATE FIRE CODES HAVE BEEN UPDATED THAT REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SPACING AND/OR UPDATES TO HOW FOOD VENDORS MAY OPERATE. BECAUSE OF THIS, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT AS MANY FOOD VENDORS AS IN THE PAST.

We are in the process of re-evaluating the offerings in Cedar Creek Park during Wine & Harvest Festival. Therefore, for WHF 2026, we have lowered the participation fees for our food vendors. Cedar Creek Park is designed to provide activities, entertainment, and food options for families and kids.
THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF FOOD VENDORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY:
