About the application
Thank you for your interest in becoming an entertainer at Wine & Harvest Festival Party in the Park 2026!
The festival operating hours are:
SEPTEMBER 19th 10am - 6pm
SEPTEMBER 20TH 10am - 5pm
Please make an Eventeny account in order to apply, and then going forward your information will be securely saved.
The fee for this application is $20 and it is non-refundable.
You will be notified of acceptance/denial on 3/27/26, and if accepted, you'll be automatically charged 4/1/2026 .

About the event
Terms & Conditions
With this application you will need to review/submit the following:
- Code of Conduct and Vendor Agreement must be read & signed.
- A Certificate of Liability insurance - The insurance upload is not required until you are accepted. Once accepted, please login and add your COI.
- A valid credit card or debit card is required for the application fee, booth fee (if applicable) charged on April 1st, and the compliance fee if applicable after the festival.
- Photos of your products and booth setup.
Booth Types
Below are the Categories for Cedar Creek Park Entertainers:
Carnival/Amusement;
This would include rides, bounce houses, petting zoo, ect. These vendors charge the participating customers at the event and owe Festivals of Cedarburg a $375 + credit card & processing fees.
Children Activity Booth:
This includes balloon artists, face painters, henna ect. These vendors need only a 10x10 booth and charge participating customers at the event and owe Festivals of Cedarburg a $125 + credit card & processing fees.
Performers:
This includes musical entertainment, bubble artists, mermaids and any other exciting performers! These performers are free to the public and will receive payment from Festivals of Cedarburg in an agreed upon amount to be dertermined after acceptance.

| Children's Activity Booth | $125.00 | Non-refundable | Examples of a Children's Activity Booth are face painting, henna, balloon artists. These vendors collect payment from each customer at the event. |
| Carnival Activity/Rides | $325.00 | Non-refundable | Examples of Carnival Activity/Rides include bounce houses, bumper boats, petting zoo. These vendors charge each customer at the event. |
| Performers | $0.00 | Non-refundable | Examples of Performers are musicians and bubble artists. These vendors provide free entertainment to the public and charge Festivals of Cedarburg a negotiated fee upon acceptance. |
| Electricity Usage Fees- 120/240v 50amp | $50.00 | Non-refundable | Electricity There is limited access to electricity and is charged based on usage. Vendors are responsible for providing their own extension cords. You must indicate electrical needs on this form. Failure to do so will result in a compliance fee charge. |
| Electricity Usage Fees- 120v/20amp EACH | $20.00 | Non-refundable | Electricity There is limited access to electricity and is charged based on usage. Vendors are responsible for providing their own extension cords. You must indicate electrical needs on this form. Failure to do so will result in a compliance fee charge. |
