About the application
Thank you for your interest in Wine & Harvest Festival 2026! The festival operating hours are:
SEPTEMBER 19th 10am - 6pm
SEPTEMBER 20TH 10am - 5pm
AS OF 1/1/26, WISCONSIN STATE FIRE CODES HAVE BEEN UPDATED THAT REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SPACING AND/OR UPDATES TO HOW FOOD VENDORS MAY OPERATE. BECAUSE OF THIS, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT AS MANY FOOD VENDORS AS IN THE PAST.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF VENDORS:
KETTLE CORN
PIZZA
DONUTS
COFFEE
LEMONADE
In an effort to streamline our vendor management and event mapping, we are now using Eventeny. Please make an Eventeny account in order to apply, and then going forward your information will be securely saved.
This form is for account creation and you will be required to submit a signed contract before the event.
IMPORTANT DATES:
Jan 31 2026: Application Deadline
March 27: Acceptance/rejection/waitlist Notifications
April 1: Booth fees charged to the payment on file
Aug 1: Vendor may cancel for full refund. No refunds are given after Aug 1, 2026
If accepted, you will be required to submit a signed contract before the event, and your credit card will be automatically charged for your booth fee on 4/1/2026.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
With this application you will need to review/submit the following:
- Code of Conduct and Vendor Agreement must be read & signed.
- A Certificate of Liability insurance
- A valid credit card or debit card is required for the application fee, booth fee (if applicable) charged on March 1st, and the compliance fee will be charged ONLY if you do not comply with the rules.
- Photos of your products and booth setup.
Vendor Types
Below are the Categories for the various food vendor booth spaces. You will be given a contract for the category you qualify for. If you choose a category you do not qualify for you run the risk of being denied participation.
Food Truck/trailer 25' and larger - $1450
Length of truck furthest point to furthest point (tongue and any additional space occupied by generators or open doors at either end of vehicle to be included).
Food Truck/trailer 20' up to 25' - $1375
Length of truck furthest point to furthest point (tongue and any additional space occupied by generators or open doors at either end of vehicle to be included).
Food booth/tent - $500 per 12' of linear space
You will need to choose a quantity based on space needs (ex. 30ft of booth space will require purchasing 3 spots)
Electricity
There is limited access to electricity and is charged based on usage. Vendors are responsible for providing their own extension cords. You must indicate electrical needs on this form. Failure to do so will result in a compliance fee charge. VENDORS WHO ACCESS ELECTRICAL OUTLETS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL BE SUBJECT TO A COMPLIANCE CHARGE.
120v/20amp - $20 EACH outlet
120/240v 50amp - $50
Generator - no charge
Custom hard wiring - provided by licensed electrician, beginning at $200
