This application is for vendors wanting to setup at Oak Lawn Live. This is all-day festival, all vendors must be fully setup by noon on September 19th. Tents may NOT be removed until 10 PM. By filling out an application you agree to abide by these terms.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Oak Lawn Live: Music & Arts Festival. Volunteers must be 18 years or older and will help create a safe, welcoming, and well-organized experience for guests, artists, vendors, and community partners. Volunteer opportunities may include guest assistance, entrances, wayfinding, volunteer check-in, accessibility support, artist support, cooling stations, setup, and breakdown. Assignments will be based on festival needs, availability, experience, and accessibility requirements. Selected volunteers will receive their role, shift details, training information, check-in instructions, and event-day expectations before the festival. All applications and volunteer agreements will be completed electronically.

Official Afterparty & Late-Night Partner Application

Oak Lawn Live: Music & Arts Festival concludes its outdoor programming at 10:00 PM on Saturday, September 19, 2026, and we are looking for select venues, clubs, promoters, and nightlife producers to help keep Oak Lawn going into the night.

This application is for organizations interested in producing or collaborating on an Official Oak Lawn Live Afterparty from 10:00 PM–2:00 AM, an Official Late-Night Event after 2:00 AM, or another festival-affiliated nightlife concept.

Partnerships may include official Oak Lawn Live designation, coordinated promotion, co-branding, talent or programming collaboration, and other opportunities based on the individual concept.

We are looking for distinctive experiences that complement the festival, fit the character of Oak Lawn, and give guests a reason to keep exploring the neighborhood after the outdoor festival ends.
