Official Afterparty & Late-Night Partner Application

Oak Lawn Live: Music & Arts Festival concludes its outdoor programming at 10:00 PM on Saturday, September 19, 2026, and we are looking for select venues, clubs, promoters, and nightlife producers to help keep Oak Lawn going into the night.

This application is for organizations interested in producing or collaborating on an Official Oak Lawn Live Afterparty from 10:00 PM–2:00 AM, an Official Late-Night Event after 2:00 AM, or another festival-affiliated nightlife concept.

Partnerships may include official Oak Lawn Live designation, coordinated promotion, co-branding, talent or programming collaboration, and other opportunities based on the individual concept.

Tell us about your venue or organization, your proposed event, operating hours, programming ideas, audience, and how you would like to collaborate with Oak Lawn Live.

We are looking for distinctive experiences that complement the festival, fit the character of Oak Lawn, and give guests a reason to keep exploring the neighborhood after the outdoor festival ends.

Official Afterparty & Late-Night Partner Terms and Conditions

By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Application and Selection
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection as an Oak Lawn Live partner. All applications are subject to review and approval by Oak Lawn Live and the Cedar Springs Merchant Association.

Official Designation
No event may be advertised, promoted, or represented as an “Official Oak Lawn Live Afterparty,” “Official Oak Lawn Live Late-Night Event,” or otherwise affiliated with Oak Lawn Live unless specifically approved in writing.

Brand and Licensing Rights
The Oak Lawn Live name, logo, artwork, trademarks, and other festival branding may not be used without written authorization. Approved use will be limited to the specific event, dates, materials, and purposes identified in the final partnership or licensing agreement.

Event Categories
Official Afterparty partnerships are generally intended for programming beginning after the outdoor festival concludes at 10:00 PM and continuing through approximately 2:00 AM. Approved programming continuing later may be designated as an Official Late-Night event. Final hours and designation will be established individually with each partner.

Venue and Promoter Responsibility
Participating venues and promoters remain responsible for the operation of their events, including staffing, security, crowd management, capacity, talent, production, admissions, and compliance with applicable venue policies and legal requirements.

Licenses, Permits and Insurance
Partners are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permits, insurance, alcohol-related authorizations, and other approvals required for their event and operations.

Programming and Marketing Approval
Oak Lawn Live reserves the right to review proposed event names, talent, sponsors, promotional materials, and uses of the Oak Lawn Live brand before publication or public announcement.

Ticketing and Financial Arrangements
Ticketing, credential recognition, VIP access, revenue sharing, settlements, promotional codes, or other financial arrangements are not included automatically. Any such arrangements must be specifically documented in the final partnership agreement.

Venue Capacity and House Rules
Admission to participating venues remains subject to legal capacity, venue policies, age requirements, security decisions, and other operating requirements. Official designation does not guarantee guest admission when a venue has reached capacity.

Final Partnership Agreement
Selected applicants may be required to enter into a separate written partnership or licensing agreement defining the specific rights, responsibilities, financial terms, branding permissions, promotional commitments, and operating expectations of the collaboration.
