COMMUNITY PARTNER Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
Oak Lawn Live: Music & Arts Festival

COMMUNITY PARTNER — $5000
By purchasing a COMMUNITY PARTNER sponsorship, the sponsor agrees to the following terms.
1. Sponsorship Benefits
The COMMUNITY PARTNER sponsorship includes:
• Certificate of sponsorship for storefront display.
• (6) VIP passes to Oak Lawn Live + Beverage Tickets
• Business name and logo in the website sponsor section
• Recognition on festival wayfinding
• (3) dedicated sponsor social media post
• 10′ × 10′ sponsor activation space with tent, tables, chairs, and power
• (2) Emcee Mentions during event
• Preferred activation placement
• Recognition on festival wayfinding
Recognition at this level is name only. Logo placement, activation space, dedicated social media promotion, category exclusivity, naming rights, and other sponsorship benefits are not included unless separately agreed to in writing.
2. Payment & Sponsor Information
Payment is due in full to confirm the sponsorship.
The sponsor is responsible for providing its correct display name by applicable production deadlines. Recognition requiring information received after a production deadline cannot be guaranteed.
3. Cancellations & Event Changes
Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once accepted, except as specifically provided below.
Oak Lawn Live may reasonably modify its schedule, programming, site plan, operating hours, or delivery of sponsorship benefits because of weather, safety concerns, governmental action, permitting requirements, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the festival's reasonable control.
If a sponsorship benefit cannot reasonably be delivered, Oak Lawn Live may provide comparable substitute recognition, future event credit, or an appropriate refund for the undelivered benefit.
Benefits already delivered before an event cancellation or material change are considered fulfilled.
4. Recognition & Results
The placement, presentation, size, and location of sponsor recognition are determined by Oak Lawn Live.
Sponsorship does not guarantee attendance, impressions, sales, leads, media coverage, or any other commercial result. Sponsorship also does not constitute an endorsement of the sponsor or its products, services, or positions by Oak Lawn Live or the Cedar Springs Merchant Association.
5. Names & Intellectual Property
The sponsor authorizes Oak Lawn Live and the Cedar Springs Merchant Association to use the submitted sponsor or business name as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed sponsorship recognition.
The sponsorship does not grant the sponsor ownership of or the right to use Oak Lawn Live names, logos, artwork, trademarks, or other intellectual property without prior written approval.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Cedar Springs Merchant Association and Oak Lawn Live arising from the COMMUNITY PARTNER sponsorship will not exceed the sponsorship amount actually paid by the sponsor.
7. Acceptance
These terms, together with the published COMMUNITY PARTNER sponsorship benefits, constitute the agreement for this sponsorship unless modified in writing by both parties.
By submitting payment and accepting these terms electronically, the sponsor acknowledges that it has reviewed and agrees to the COMMUNITY PARTNER Terms & Conditions.
