Sponsorship Terms & Conditions
Oak Lawn Live: Music & Arts Festival

Sponsorship Level — $25,000
By purchasing an CEDAR SPRINGS STAGE PARTNER sponsorship, the sponsor agrees to the following terms.
1. Sponsorship Benefits
The sponsorship includes:
• Exclusive naming rights to CEDAR SPRINGS STAGE
• First-tier logo and name placement in the website sponsor section
• Best activation placement
• 10′ × 20′ sponsor activation space with tent, tables, chairs, and power
• 2 VIP Experience Package
• Specific sponsor recognition across Oak Lawn Live social media
• Category exclusivity
• Best Festival wayfinding recognition
• Best Cedar Springs Stage branding
• Opening ceremony recognition
• Category exclusivity
• (8) Emcee recognition
• Best Festival wayfinding recognition
• Prominent branding of the sponsored stage or
festival experience
• Recognition as an Oak Lawn Live Founding
Sponsor
All benefits are subject to these terms and the final festival site, production, and operating plans.
2. Payment & Confirmation
Payment is due according to the agreed sponsorship payment schedule.
The sponsorship, selected asset, naming rights, and category exclusivity are not confirmed until the sponsorship has been approved and any required payment has been received.
The sponsor is responsible for providing its business name, logo files, brand guidelines, and other requested materials by applicable production deadlines. Benefits dependent upon materials received after a production deadline cannot be guaranteed.
3. Naming Rights
Naming rights apply only to the sponsored Oak Lawn Live asset and for the duration of the 2026 festival sponsorship.
Final naming conventions, signage, creative treatments, and presentation are subject to Oak Lawn Live approval to maintain consistency with festival branding, production requirements, and existing agreements.
Naming rights do not transfer ownership of the stage, Oasis, festival property, event name, or any Oak Lawn Live intellectual property to the sponsor.
4. Category Exclusivity
Category exclusivity applies to the specific commercial sponsorship category agreed to in writing between the sponsor and Oak Lawn Live.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, category exclusivity applies only to sponsorships and branded commercial partnerships controlled by Oak Lawn Live. It does not prohibit the normal operation or participation of existing neighborhood businesses, festival vendors, artists, venues, media organizations, community partners, or other parties not controlled by Oak Lawn Live.
Category definitions and any additional restrictions must be confirmed in writing.
5. Sponsor Activation
The sponsor will receive one 10′ × 20′ activation space with tent, tables, chairs, and power in a premier festival location.
Oak Lawn Live will determine the final location and configuration based on the approved site plan, public safety, accessibility, utilities, permitting, production requirements, and overall guest experience.
Sponsor activities, displays, giveaways, sampling, demonstrations, signage, equipment, and other activation elements are subject to advance approval and all applicable festival rules, permits, and safety requirements.
The sponsor is responsible for the conduct of its employees, contractors, representatives, and guests within its activation.
6. Insurance & Responsibility
The sponsor must comply with any insurance, permitting, licensing, health, safety, or operational requirements applicable to its specific activation.
Oak Lawn Live may require proof of insurance or other documentation when reasonably necessary based on the nature of the sponsor's activation.
Each party remains responsible for its own acts and omissions and those of its employees, contractors, and representatives.
7. VIP Experience Package
The sponsorship includes one (2) VIP Experience Package as described in the current Oak Lawn Live sponsorship materials.
VIP credentials and hospitality benefits are subject to festival admission requirements, capacity restrictions, security procedures, and applicable guest policies.
VIP benefits have no cash redemption value and may not be exchanged for other sponsorship benefits unless agreed to in writing.
8. Marketing, Social Media & Recognition
Oak Lawn Live will determine the reasonable timing, platform, format, placement, and presentation of sponsor recognition, including website placement, social media recognition, emcee mentions, wayfinding, and on-site branding.
Sponsor-provided claims, content, links, promotions, or creative materials are subject to festival approval.
Sponsorship does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, engagements, attendees, sales, leads, media placements, or other commercial results.
9. Founding Sponsor Designation
The sponsor will be recognized as an Oak Lawn Live Founding Sponsor in connection with the 2026 Oak Lawn Live festival.
The designation is a sponsorship recognition benefit and does not create an ownership, governance, partnership, equity, or continuing sponsorship interest in Oak Lawn Live or the Cedar Springs Merchant Association.
10. Names, Logos & Intellectual Property
The sponsor grants Oak Lawn Live and the Cedar Springs Merchant Association permission to use its submitted name, logo, and approved brand materials as reasonably necessary to provide the sponsorship benefits.
The sponsorship does not transfer ownership of any Oak Lawn Live name, logo, artwork, trademark, or other intellectual property to the sponsor.
Any sponsor use of Oak Lawn Live logos, artwork, or other festival intellectual property requires prior approval.
11. Cancellations & Event Changes
Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once accepted except as specifically provided below.
Oak Lawn Live may reasonably modify the festival schedule, programming, site plan, operating hours, stage or experience configuration, activation placement, or delivery of sponsorship benefits because of weather, safety concerns, governmental action, permitting requirements, emergencies, artist or production requirements, or other circumstances beyond the festival's reasonable control.
If a material sponsorship benefit cannot reasonably be delivered, Oak Lawn Live will work with the sponsor to provide a reasonably comparable substitute benefit, future event credit, or other mutually agreed resolution.
Benefits delivered before an event cancellation or material change are considered fulfilled.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Cedar Springs Merchant Association and Oak Lawn Live arising from this sponsorship will not exceed the sponsorship amount actually paid by the sponsor.
13. Acceptance
These terms, together with the published sponsorship benefits and any written confirmation of the selected sponsored asset and category, constitute the agreement for this sponsorship unless modified in writing by both parties.
By submitting payment and accepting these terms electronically, the sponsor acknowledges that it has reviewed and agrees to these Sponsorship Terms & Conditions.
