Following a sold-out inaugural show in 2026, the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show** returns with an expanded event featuring even more businesses, products, services, ideas, and inspiration for your home and property. Explore exhibitors specializing in home improvement, remodeling, construction, landscaping, lawn and garden, outdoor living, real estate, financial services, technology and communications, home décor, and more — all in one place. Whether you're planning a major renovation, tackling your next outdoor project, looking for ideas for your home, or simply want to see what local and regional businesses have to offer, there's something to discover throughout the show. Exhibitor Parking, Loading & Access Exhibitor parking is available at the Noble County Community Fairgrounds. Exhibitors must follow all posted signage and parking, traffic, loading, and unloading instructions provided by Noble County Events, Inc. (NCE). There is no exhibitor parking next to or immediately adjacent to the event buildings during public show hours.** Areas near the buildings must remain available for attendee access, pedestrian traffic, emergency access, and event operations. Exhibitors may pull up to designated areas near the buildings during approved setup and teardown periods for active loading and unloading only. Once loading or unloading is complete, vehicles must be moved promptly to designated exhibitor parking. Vehicles, trailers, equipment, merchandise, or other items may not block or restrict: • Building entrances or exits • Emergency or fire-access lanes • Overhead or service doors • Accessible entrances, ramps, or routes • Attendee entrances and customer walkways • Sidewalks, pedestrian paths, or common areas • Access required by other exhibitors, event staff, or emergency personnel Designated exhibitor parking areas may be assigned to help keep entrances and convenient parking spaces available for show attendees. Exhibitors and their staff are expected to park in these designated areas throughout public show hours. Vehicles may not remain unattended in loading areas and must be moved immediately after loading or unloading is complete. Specific parking, traffic-flow, load-in, and unloading instructions will be provided to approved exhibitors prior to the event. NCE reserves the right to require any vehicle, trailer, or equipment to be moved when necessary for safety, accessibility, traffic flow, or event operations.

Health & safety
Health & Safety The safety of our exhibitors, attendees, volunteers, staff, and event partners is a priority at the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show. Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly booth space throughout setup, public show hours, and teardown. Aisles, customer walkways, building entrances and exits, fire lanes, emergency access areas, electrical panels, fire extinguishers, doorways, and other designated access points must remain clear and unobstructed at all times. Extension cords, power strips, displays, signage, equipment, products, and other booth materials must be installed and used safely and may not create tripping, electrical, fire, falling-object, or other hazards. Cords crossing any approved walking area must be properly secured and protected. Exhibitors may not block, prop open, restrict, or otherwise interfere with building doors, emergency exits, or safety equipment. All exhibitors must comply with applicable venue requirements, fire and safety regulations, and instructions provided by Noble County Events, Inc. (NCE) or Fairgrounds personnel. Any unsafe condition identified by NCE or Fairgrounds personnel must be corrected promptly. NCE reserves the right to require equipment, displays, materials, or activities to be modified, discontinued, or removed when necessary to protect attendees, exhibitors, staff, property, or event operations. Exhibitors are responsible for immediately reporting any accident, injury, property damage, spill, or other significant safety concern occurring within or related to their booth to NCE event staff.

Following a **SOLD-OUT inaugural show in 2026**, the Noble County Home & Garden Show is returning for its second year — bigger than ever, with expanded exhibitor space, demonstrations, educational programming, and even more opportunities to connect local businesses with homeowners throughout Noble County and the surrounding area.

The 2027 show is expanding into both the **Merchant Building and Log Cabin**, allowing us to welcome additional exhibitors while creating an even stronger experience for attendees.

The **Free Pavilion** will provide additional space for scheduled demonstrations, educational presentations, and other show programming.

**INDOOR EXHIBITORS**

Businesses and organizations participating as traditional indoor exhibitors should complete the **Indoor Exhibitor Application**.

**FOOD VENDORS**

Indoor food vendors, food trucks, and food trailers should complete the **Food Vendor Application**.

**SPONSORSHIPS**

Businesses and organizations interested in sponsorship opportunities should complete the appropriate **Sponsorship Application** or contact Noble County Events, Inc.

 

⚠️ APPLICATION & APPROVAL INFORMATION

Space is limited. Submission of an application **does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a space**.

 

Applications are reviewed by Noble County Events based on available space, business or vendor category, overall show balance, and event needs.

 

No payment is charged when an exhibitor or food vendor application is submitted. If an application is approved, the payment method provided through Eventeny will be **automatically charged at the time Noble County Events approves the application**.

 

Booth and vendor locations are assigned by Noble County Events based on the final event layout, category, electrical requirements, space availability, and overall event flow. Specific location requests may be submitted but are not guaranteed.

 

Approved participants will receive additional information regarding booth placement, setup, load-in, parking, event procedures, and other important show details prior to the event.

2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show – Food Vendor Application

 

Join us for the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show! Following a sold-out inaugural show in 2026, we're excited to return for our second annual show with expanded exhibitor space and food vendor opportunities.

 

This application is for approved indoor food vendors, food trucks, food trailers, and other approved mobile food vendors participating in the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show.

 

FOOD VENDOR OPTIONS — $250

Food Truck / Food Trailer Space — $250

 

Approved food trucks and food trailers will receive a designated outdoor vending location for the duration of the show. Vendor locations will be assigned by Noble County Events based on the overall event layout, vehicle/trailer size, access requirements, and operational needs.

 

Indoor Food Vendor Space — $250

Approved indoor food vendors will receive a designated 10x10 indoor vending space. Indoor spaces are intended for approved food and beverage vendors operating from a table, booth, or similar indoor setup. Indoor vendor locations will be assigned by Noble County Events based on the overall show layout, vendor category, electrical needs, and space availability.

 

Food vendors are responsible for all required permits, licenses, Health Department requirements, insurance, equipment, supplies, and other requirements applicable to their operation.

 

FOOD VENDOR SELECTION & AVAILABILITY

Noble County Events may limit the number of vendors offering substantially similar food or beverage products in order to provide attendees with a diverse selection of food options.

 

Indoor Food Vendor space is limited. NCE initially plans to accept up to five (5) indoor food vendors for the 2027 show. Additional indoor food vendors may be accepted at NCE's discretion based on available space, vendor mix, and the final event layout.

 

Food vendor applications will be reviewed with consideration given to menu variety, similar products, available space, and the overall food and beverage selection offered to attendees. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a vendor space.

 

IMPORTANT — FOOD VENDOR ELIGIBILITY

Food vendor pricing is exclusively for businesses whose primary purpose at the event is the sale or service of food and/or beverages. The use of a trailer, mobile unit, cart, or similar setup by a non-food business does not qualify the applicant for food vendor pricing. Non-food businesses must apply through the regular Exhibitor Application.

 

Noble County Events reserves the right to determine the appropriate vendor classification and application type based on the products, services, and activities being offered at the event.

 

Approved vendors will receive additional information regarding placement, setup, arrival times, parking, and event procedures prior to the show.

2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show – Exhibitor Terms & Conditions By submitting an exhibitor application for the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show, the applicant agrees to comply with all event rules, policies, procedures, and instructions established by Noble County Events, Inc. (NCE) and the Noble County Community Fairgrounds. Application & Approval Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. NCE reserves the right to approve or decline applications and to limit similar products, services, organizations, or business categories in order to maintain a balanced and appropriate show. Applicants should not consider their participation confirmed until their application has been approved by NCE. Booth Fees, Payment & Refunds Approved exhibitors will be charged according to the booth space and optional services selected in their application. Once an application has been approved and payment processed, **booth fees are non-refundable**, including cancellations or failure to participate by the exhibitor, unless otherwise expressly authorized by NCE. If the event is canceled by NCE and not rescheduled, booth fees paid to NCE will be refunded. Optional refundable items, if offered, will be handled according to the specific terms presented during registration. Booth Assignment All booth locations and building assignments are determined by NCE based on event layout, exhibitor category, electrical requirements, space availability, overall show flow, and other operational considerations. Location or building requests may be submitted but are not guaranteed. NCE reserves the right to relocate an exhibitor when reasonably necessary for event operations. Booth Space All displays, merchandise, signage, equipment, demonstrations, and activities must remain within the exhibitor's assigned space unless otherwise approved by NCE. Exhibitors may not obstruct aisles, exits, entrances, neighboring booths, fire-safety equipment, or common areas. Booth space may not be transferred, assigned, shared, or subleased to another business or organization without prior approval from NCE. Setup, Show Hours & Teardown Exhibitors must follow all designated setup, load-in, show-hour, and teardown schedules provided by NCE. Booths must be completely set up and ready for the public by the designated opening time and must remain appropriately staffed and operational during published show hours unless otherwise authorized by NCE. Early teardown is not permitted without prior approval from NCE. Exhibitors who fail to appear, leave early without authorization, or fail to comply with event procedures may jeopardize eligibility for future NCE events. Tables & Chairs Each exhibitor booth includes one 8-foot table and two chairs upon request. Additional tables and chairs may be requested for an additional fee and are subject to availability. Electrical Service Electrical service is limited and must be requested in advance. Electrical service may be shared among exhibitors and does not guarantee a dedicated outlet or circuit. Exhibitors are responsible for providing appropriate extension cords, power strips, adapters, and related equipment needed within their booth. High-draw electrical equipment must be disclosed in advance and may require approval. NCE reserves the right to restrict equipment that may overload available electrical service or create a safety concern. Safety & Venue Requirements Exhibitors must comply with all applicable fire, building, health, safety, and venue requirements. Displays, equipment, cords, signage, and other booth materials must be installed and operated safely. NCE or venue representatives may require modification or removal of any item determined to present a safety concern. Exhibitors are responsible for damage caused by themselves, their employees, representatives, equipment, displays, or activities to the venue or event property. Insurance & Liability Exhibitors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own property, displays, equipment, products, employees, representatives, and activities. NCE and the event venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged property. Exhibitors must comply with any insurance requirements communicated by NCE or the venue and are responsible for maintaining any insurance appropriate or required for their business and activities. Sales, Licensing & Compliance Exhibitors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, registrations, certifications, tax requirements, or other approvals required for their business, products, services, sales, demonstrations, or activities. All exhibitors must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Exhibitor Conduct Exhibitors and their representatives are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, other exhibitors, event staff, volunteers, and venue personnel. NCE reserves the right to require modification or removal of displays, materials, products, activities, or conduct that NCE determines to be unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, misleading, offensive, or inconsistent with the nature of the event. Serious or repeated violations may result in removal from the event without refund and may affect eligibility for future NCE events. Giveaways & Prize Drawings Participation in the Plant & Garden Giveaway program is voluntary. Participating exhibitors are responsible for providing their donated giveaway item. When an exhibitor selects the NCE-managed option, NCE will administer the entry and drawing process on behalf of the exhibitor. NCE does not purchase or reimburse exhibitors for donated giveaway items. Photography & Promotion The Home & Garden Show may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. By participating, exhibitors authorize NCE to photograph or record their booth, displays, representatives, and participation and to use such material for reasonable event-related advertising, promotional, informational, and marketing purposes. Event Changes NCE reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event layouts, schedules, booth assignments, procedures, programming, and other event details when necessary for the safe, orderly, and effective operation of the event. Circumstances outside NCE's reasonable control may also require changes to event operations. Agreement By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Exhibitor Terms & Conditions and that the individual submitting the application is authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of the applying business or organization.
