2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show – Exhibitor Terms & Conditions By submitting an exhibitor application for the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show, the applicant agrees to comply with all event rules, policies, procedures, and instructions established by Noble County Events, Inc. (NCE) and the Noble County Community Fairgrounds. Application & Approval Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. NCE reserves the right to approve or decline applications and to limit similar products, services, organizations, or business categories in order to maintain a balanced and appropriate show. Applicants should not consider their participation confirmed until their application has been approved by NCE. Booth Fees, Payment & Refunds Approved exhibitors will be charged according to the booth space and optional services selected in their application. Once an application has been approved and payment processed, **booth fees are non-refundable**, including cancellations or failure to participate by the exhibitor, unless otherwise expressly authorized by NCE. If the event is canceled by NCE and not rescheduled, booth fees paid to NCE will be refunded. Optional refundable items, if offered, will be handled according to the specific terms presented during registration. Booth Assignment All booth locations and building assignments are determined by NCE based on event layout, exhibitor category, electrical requirements, space availability, overall show flow, and other operational considerations. Location or building requests may be submitted but are not guaranteed. NCE reserves the right to relocate an exhibitor when reasonably necessary for event operations. Booth Space All displays, merchandise, signage, equipment, demonstrations, and activities must remain within the exhibitor's assigned space unless otherwise approved by NCE. Exhibitors may not obstruct aisles, exits, entrances, neighboring booths, fire-safety equipment, or common areas. Booth space may not be transferred, assigned, shared, or subleased to another business or organization without prior approval from NCE. Setup, Show Hours & Teardown Exhibitors must follow all designated setup, load-in, show-hour, and teardown schedules provided by NCE. Booths must be completely set up and ready for the public by the designated opening time and must remain appropriately staffed and operational during published show hours unless otherwise authorized by NCE. Early teardown is not permitted without prior approval from NCE. Exhibitors who fail to appear, leave early without authorization, or fail to comply with event procedures may jeopardize eligibility for future NCE events. Tables & Chairs Each exhibitor booth includes one 8-foot table and two chairs upon request. Additional tables and chairs may be requested for an additional fee and are subject to availability. Electrical Service Electrical service is limited and must be requested in advance. Electrical service may be shared among exhibitors and does not guarantee a dedicated outlet or circuit. Exhibitors are responsible for providing appropriate extension cords, power strips, adapters, and related equipment needed within their booth. High-draw electrical equipment must be disclosed in advance and may require approval. NCE reserves the right to restrict equipment that may overload available electrical service or create a safety concern. Safety & Venue Requirements Exhibitors must comply with all applicable fire, building, health, safety, and venue requirements. Displays, equipment, cords, signage, and other booth materials must be installed and operated safely. NCE or venue representatives may require modification or removal of any item determined to present a safety concern. Exhibitors are responsible for damage caused by themselves, their employees, representatives, equipment, displays, or activities to the venue or event property. Insurance & Liability Exhibitors participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own property, displays, equipment, products, employees, representatives, and activities. NCE and the event venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged property. Exhibitors must comply with any insurance requirements communicated by NCE or the venue and are responsible for maintaining any insurance appropriate or required for their business and activities. Sales, Licensing & Compliance Exhibitors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, registrations, certifications, tax requirements, or other approvals required for their business, products, services, sales, demonstrations, or activities. All exhibitors must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Exhibitor Conduct Exhibitors and their representatives are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, other exhibitors, event staff, volunteers, and venue personnel. NCE reserves the right to require modification or removal of displays, materials, products, activities, or conduct that NCE determines to be unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, misleading, offensive, or inconsistent with the nature of the event. Serious or repeated violations may result in removal from the event without refund and may affect eligibility for future NCE events. Giveaways & Prize Drawings Participation in the Plant & Garden Giveaway program is voluntary. Participating exhibitors are responsible for providing their donated giveaway item. When an exhibitor selects the NCE-managed option, NCE will administer the entry and drawing process on behalf of the exhibitor. NCE does not purchase or reimburse exhibitors for donated giveaway items. Photography & Promotion The Home & Garden Show may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. By participating, exhibitors authorize NCE to photograph or record their booth, displays, representatives, and participation and to use such material for reasonable event-related advertising, promotional, informational, and marketing purposes. Event Changes NCE reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event layouts, schedules, booth assignments, procedures, programming, and other event details when necessary for the safe, orderly, and effective operation of the event. Circumstances outside NCE's reasonable control may also require changes to event operations. Agreement By submitting this application, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Exhibitor Terms & Conditions and that the individual submitting the application is authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of the applying business or organization.
