Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor of the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show!
Following a successful inaugural show in 2026, the Home & Garden Show returns in 2027 with an expanded two-building layout, more exhibitors, and even more opportunities for businesses and organizations to connect with attendees from throughout Noble County and the surrounding area.

The 2027 show will utilize both the Merchant Building and Log Cabin at the Noble County Fairgrounds.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and organizations interested in supporting the Home & Garden Show.
Each sponsorship level includes its own combination of recognition and benefits. Please review the available sponsorship options and included benefits before making your selection.
Some sponsorship opportunities may include exhibitor space, while others are designed specifically for businesses and organizations that want to support the event without exhibiting.
APPLICATION & APPROVAL
Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a sponsorship opportunity. Sponsorships are subject to availability and approval by Noble County Events.
No payment will be automatically charged when you submit this application or when your sponsorship is approved. Following approval, Noble County Events will contact you to coordinate payment arrangements. Sponsors may pay by an approved electronic payment method or by business check, and invoices or other supporting documentation can be provided when needed.
SPONSOR RECOGNITION
Approved sponsors may receive recognition through event signage, digital promotion, event materials, website recognition, on-site visibility, and other promotional opportunities according to the benefits included with their selected sponsorship level.
Specific advertising channels and placements may vary and are not guaranteed unless expressly included as a benefit of the selected sponsorship.

Terms & Conditions
2027 HOME & GARDEN SHOW — SPONSOR APPLICATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
ELIGIBILITY
• This application is for sponsorship opportunities associated with the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show.
• Applicants must be authorized representatives of the business, organization, or entity applying for sponsorship.
• Noble County Events, Inc. reserves the right to determine whether an applicant and selected sponsorship opportunity are appropriate for the event.
SPONSORSHIP SELECTION & APPROVAL
• All sponsorship applications are subject to review and approval by Noble County Events, Inc.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a sponsorship opportunity.
• Sponsorship opportunities are limited and may be approved based on availability, existing sponsor commitments, business category, event needs, potential conflicts, and other considerations related to the overall sponsorship program.
• Applicants are responsible for reviewing the benefits and conditions of their selected sponsorship level before submitting an application.
• Noble County Events reserves the right to decline an application or offer an applicant a different available sponsorship opportunity.
PAYMENT & FEES
• No sponsorship payment will be automatically charged upon submission or approval of an application.
• Following approval, Noble County Events will coordinate payment arrangements with the sponsor.
• Sponsors may pay by an approved electronic payment method or by business check. Noble County Events may provide an invoice, vendor documentation, or other reasonable supporting information when requested.
• Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once paid, except if the event is canceled by Noble County Events and a refund or credit is authorized.
• Sponsorship benefits and promotional recognition are subject to timely payment and receipt of required business information, logos, artwork, and other requested materials.
EXHIBITOR SPACE & ON-SITE ACTIVATION
• Exhibitor space is included only with sponsorship levels that specifically list booth space as an included benefit.
• The Presented By Sponsorship includes one 10x20 exhibitor space.
• The Featured Sponsorship includes one 10x10 exhibitor space.
• Sponsorship levels that do not specifically include exhibitor space do not provide a booth, table, electrical service, sales space, or other exhibitor privileges.
• Sponsors whose sponsorship does not include exhibitor space must separately apply and be approved as an exhibitor if they wish to operate a booth, distribute materials from a booth or table, sell products or services, or otherwise participate as an exhibitor.
• Included exhibitor space may not be sold, transferred, assigned, shared, or subleased to another business or organization without prior written approval from Noble County Events.
• Booth locations and event placement are determined by Noble County Events. Specific locations are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
• Sponsors using exhibitor space must comply with applicable exhibitor rules, setup and teardown requirements, safety requirements, and venue policies.
CONDUCT & COMPLIANCE
• Sponsors must comply with Noble County Events rules, Noble County Fairgrounds requirements, and applicable laws, regulations, health requirements, fire and safety requirements, and other governmental requirements.
• Sponsors are responsible for the conduct of their employees, representatives, contractors, and guests participating on their behalf.
• Noble County Events reserves the right to require the correction or removal of displays, materials, activities, or conduct that it reasonably determines to be unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, inappropriate, misleading, or inconsistent with the event.
• Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of participation without refund.
BRANDING, MARKETING & PROMOTIONAL AUTHORIZATION
• By submitting a sponsorship application, the applicant authorizes Noble County Events to use the sponsor's business name, trade name, logo, website, publicly provided business contact information, and submitted marketing materials for event-related advertising, promotion, publicity, sponsor recognition, and event communications.
• This authorization may include use on social media, websites, email communications, television, radio, newspapers, magazines, press releases, printed materials, flyers, posters, programs, banners, signage, billboards, outdoor advertising, digital displays, video, photography, and other promotional media selected by Noble County Events.
• This authorization permits Noble County Events to use these materials but does not guarantee that any particular advertising medium, campaign, publication, placement, frequency, audience size, or promotional channel will be utilized unless specifically included as a guaranteed benefit of the selected sponsorship level.
• Noble County Events may reasonably resize, crop, format, or place submitted logos and marketing materials as necessary for event promotion, provided such use does not intentionally misrepresent the sponsor's brand.
• Sponsors are responsible for providing accurate information and suitable, high-quality logo and artwork files by requested deadlines.
• Materials received after a production or advertising deadline may not be included in promotional materials that have already been created, ordered, printed, published, or distributed.
SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS
• Sponsorship benefits are limited to those identified for the approved sponsorship level and any additional benefits expressly agreed to in writing by Noble County Events.
• Noble County Events may make reasonable changes to the format, location, presentation, or delivery of a sponsorship benefit when necessary due to event operations, venue requirements, availability, production limitations, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Complimentary tickets provided as a sponsorship benefit have no cash value and may not be exchanged for a refund or sponsorship credit.
LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
• Sponsors are responsible for their own property, displays, equipment, products, materials, employees, representatives, and activities associated with their participation.
• Noble County Events is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to sponsor property except to the extent responsibility is imposed by applicable law.
• Sponsors are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their operations, property, products, employees, and activities.
EVENT CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
• Noble County Events may make reasonable changes to event dates, hours, layout, building assignments, programming, or other operational details when necessary.
• If circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Noble County Events affect the event, Noble County Events will determine appropriate operational adjustments and communicate material changes to affected sponsors.
• If Noble County Events cancels the event and does not reschedule it, Noble County Events will determine whether sponsorship payments will be refunded, credited toward a future event, or otherwise addressed based on the circumstances and any benefits or promotional services already provided.
TERMINATION OF SPONSORSHIP
• Noble County Events may terminate a sponsorship for failure to make required payment, failure to provide required materials, violation of these Terms & Conditions, unlawful or unsafe conduct, material misrepresentation, or other substantial failure to meet sponsorship requirements.
• A sponsorship terminated because of the sponsor's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions is not eligible for a refund unless otherwise determined by Noble County Events.
AGREEMENT
By submitting this application, the applicant confirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of the sponsoring business or organization and acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Sponsor Application Terms & Conditions.
Submission of an application does not guarantee sponsorship approval. If approved, payment arrangements will be coordinated directly with Noble County Events.

| Featured Sponsor | $2,500.00 | Non-refundable | Featured Sponsor — Noble County Home & Garden Show 2027 The Featured Sponsor provides a high level of visibility throughout the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show. This sponsorship is designed for a business that wants prominent event recognition, a strong on-site presence, and exposure throughout the show's marketing and promotion. SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS • 10x10 exhibitor booth in a prime location • Logo placement on the Noble County Home & Garden Show and/or Noble County Events websites • Logo placement on applicable event banners and signage • Recognition through social media and digital marketing campaigns • Inclusion in applicable email marketing and event promotions • Event acknowledgment and sponsor recognition when appropriate • Opportunity for approved on-site promotions, activations, or giveaways • 8 complimentary event tickets for clients, customers, or guests. Complimentary sponsor tickets are intended for guests and are not required for sponsor representatives working the exhibitor booth. • Complimentary electrical service upon request, subject to available electrical access and final booth placement MARKETING & PROMOTIONAL AUTHORIZATION By accepting the Featured Sponsorship, the sponsor authorizes Noble County Events, Inc. to use the sponsor's business name, trade name, logo, website, publicly provided business contact information, and marketing materials submitted by the sponsor for advertising, promoting, publicizing, and operating the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show. This authorization permits use in any event-related advertising or promotional media selected by Noble County Events, including, but not limited to, social media, websites, email and digital marketing, television, radio, newspapers, magazines, press releases, printed materials, flyers, posters, programs, banners, event signage, billboards, outdoor advertising, digital displays, video, photography, and other promotional media. This authorization grants Noble County Events permission to use these materials in such media but does not guarantee that any particular advertising medium, campaign, publication, placement, or promotional opportunity will be utilized. The sponsor grants Noble County Events permission to reasonably reproduce, resize, format, and place submitted logos and marketing materials as necessary for event-related advertising and promotional purposes, provided that the materials are not intentionally altered in a manner that misrepresents the sponsor's brand. The sponsor is responsible for providing accurate business information and high-quality logo files and marketing materials by any deadlines established by Noble County Events. Materials received after an advertising or production deadline may not be included in materials that have already been produced, submitted, scheduled, or published. PAYMENT Sponsorship payment arrangements will be coordinated with Noble County Events following approval. Sponsors may pay by an approved electronic payment method or by business check. If paying by check, payment instructions and any requested invoice or supporting documentation will be provided by Noble County Events. Sponsorship benefits and promotional recognition are subject to timely payment and receipt of required logos, business information, and marketing materials. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Booth placement and the overall event layout are determined by Noble County Events. The Featured Sponsor will receive a prime 10x10 exhibitor location; however, the specific booth location will be determined as part of the final event layout. Advertising and promotional placements may vary based on the type of media, production requirements, advertising schedules, deadlines, available space, and the overall marketing plan for the event. Authorization to use the sponsor's name, logo, and information in a particular advertising medium does not guarantee that Noble County Events will utilize that advertising medium. Only one Featured Sponsor will be accepted for the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show. |

| Entry / Door Giveaway Sponsor | $1,000.00 | Non-refundable | Entry / Door Giveaway Sponsor — Noble County Home & Garden Show 2027 The Entry / Door Giveaway Sponsor is an exclusive sponsorship opportunity designed to give one business or organization prominent recognition at the entrance to the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show and in connection with the show's attendee door giveaways. Only one Entry / Door Giveaway Sponsor will be accepted for the 2027 show. SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS • Exclusive recognition as the Entry / Door Giveaway Sponsor of the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show • Sponsor name and/or logo recognition at the primary event admission and entry area • Recognition in connection with attendee door giveaways and applicable giveaway promotions • Logo placement on applicable event banners and signage • Inclusion in applicable digital marketing campaigns and optional email promotions • Recognition through applicable social media and event promotions • 5 complimentary event tickets for clients, customers, or guests The Entry / Door Giveaway Sponsor is sponsoring the overall attendee giveaway program and is not required to provide all giveaway prizes. Noble County Events may obtain giveaway items from exhibitors, businesses, organizations, or other sources throughout the show. The sponsor may also choose to provide an additional giveaway item or prize if desired. MARKETING & PROMOTIONAL AUTHORIZATION By accepting the Entry / Door Giveaway Sponsorship, the sponsor authorizes Noble County Events, Inc. to use the sponsor's business name, trade name, logo, website, publicly provided business contact information, and submitted marketing materials for advertising, promoting, publicizing, and operating the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show. This authorization permits use in any event-related advertising or promotional media selected by Noble County Events, including, but not limited to, social media, websites, email and digital marketing, television, radio, newspapers, magazines, press releases, printed materials, flyers, posters, programs, banners, event signage, billboards, outdoor advertising, digital displays, video, photography, and other promotional media. This authorization grants Noble County Events permission to use these materials in such media but does not guarantee that any particular advertising medium, campaign, publication, placement, or promotional opportunity will be utilized. | Community Friend Sponsor | $250.00 | Non-refundable | Community Friend Sponsor — Noble County Home & Garden Show 2027 The Community Friend Sponsor is an affordable way for local businesses, nonprofits, and organizations to support the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show while receiving recognition for their support of this community event. This sponsorship is designed for organizations that want to support the show without an exhibitor booth or on-site vendor space. SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS • Business name and/or logo recognition as a Community Friend Sponsor • Recognition in the event program and/or applicable sponsor recognition materials • Business name and/or logo recognition on the event website or sponsor recognition page • Inclusion in applicable group recognition of Community Friend Sponsors • 2 complimentary event tickets for clients, customers, or guests MARKETING & PROMOTIONAL AUTHORIZATION By accepting the Community Friend Sponsorship, the sponsor authorizes Noble County Events, Inc. to use the sponsor's business name, trade name, logo, website, publicly provided business contact information, and submitted marketing materials for advertising, promoting, publicizing, and operating the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show. This authorization permits Noble County Events to use these materials in event-related promotional media selected by Noble County Events, including, but not limited to, websites, social media, email and digital marketing, printed materials, programs, event signage, photography, video, and other event-related promotional materials. This authorization grants Noble County Events permission to use the sponsor's information and materials but does not guarantee placement in any particular advertising medium, campaign, publication, or promotion. PAYMENT Sponsorship payment arrangements will be coordinated with Noble County Events following approval. Sponsors may pay by an approved electronic payment method or by business check. IMPORTANT INFORMATION The Community Friend Sponsorship does not include an exhibitor booth, table, electrical service, or other vendor space. Businesses or organizations wishing to exhibit, promote, distribute, or sell products or services from a booth or table during the show must obtain an approved exhibitor space through the appropriate application. Community Friend Sponsors may be recognized together as a group rather than receiving individual advertising or promotional features. A maximum of five Community Friend Sponsors will be accepted for the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show. |
