Welcome to the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show!
Following a **SOLD-OUT inaugural show in 2026**, the Noble County Home & Garden Show is returning for its second year — bigger than ever, with expanded exhibitor space, demonstrations, educational programming, and even more opportunities to connect local businesses with homeowners throughout Noble County and the surrounding area.

The 2027 show is expanding into both the **Merchant Building and Log Cabin**, allowing us to welcome additional exhibitors while creating an even stronger experience for attendees.
The **Free Pavilion** will provide additional space for scheduled demonstrations, educational presentations, and other show programming.

Our goal is to provide a high-quality, well-organized community event where attendees can discover local and regional businesses, explore products and services, gather ideas, attend demonstrations and educational presentations, and connect with professionals who can help with their next home, property, lawn, garden, or outdoor project.
📋 CHOOSE THE CORRECT APPLICATION
**INDOOR EXHIBITORS**
Businesses and organizations participating as traditional indoor exhibitors should complete the **Indoor Exhibitor Application**.
**FOOD VENDORS**
Indoor food vendors, food trucks, and food trailers should complete the **Food Vendor Application**.
**SPONSORSHIPS**
Businesses and organizations interested in sponsorship opportunities should complete the appropriate **Sponsorship Application** or contact Noble County Events, Inc.
⚠️ APPLICATION & APPROVAL INFORMATION
Space is limited. Submission of an application **does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a space**.
Applications are reviewed by Noble County Events based on available space, business or vendor category, overall show balance, and event needs.
No payment is charged when an exhibitor or food vendor application is submitted. If an application is approved, the payment method provided through Eventeny will be **automatically charged at the time Noble County Events approves the application**.
Booth and vendor locations are assigned by Noble County Events based on the final event layout, category, electrical requirements, space availability, and overall event flow. Specific location requests may be submitted but are not guaranteed.
Approved participants will receive additional information regarding booth placement, setup, load-in, parking, event procedures, and other important show details prior to the event.
**IMPORTANT:** Please check your **spam or junk folder regularly** so you don't miss application updates, approval notices, payment information, setup details, or other important communications regarding the show.

About the event
Terms & Conditions
BOOTH SPACE & PAYMENT
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or reserve booth space.
Booth assignments are made after application approval. Booth placement is determined by Noble County Events based on the overall show layout, exhibitor category, electrical requirements, space availability, and event flow. Specific booth or building requests may be submitted but are not guaranteed.
No payment is charged when an application is submitted. If an application is approved, the payment method provided through Eventeny will be automatically charged at the time Noble County Events approves the application.
Booth fees are non-refundable once an application has been approved unless the event is canceled by Noble County Events.
Exhibitors may not sublease, transfer, or share their assigned booth space with another business or organization without prior written approval from Noble County Events.
SETUP & TEARDOWN
Setup, load-in, and teardown times will be provided to approved exhibitors prior to the event.
Exhibitors must complete setup before the show opens and must remain set up and operational during published show hours. Early teardown is not permitted without prior approval from Noble County Events.
Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional booth throughout the event.
All exhibitor materials, merchandise, equipment, and displays must be removed during the designated teardown period.
BOOTH CONTENTS & RESTRICTIONS
All activities, displays, merchandise, signage, and equipment must remain within the exhibitor's assigned booth space.
Aisles, walkways, entrances, exits, fire lanes, electrical panels, and emergency access areas must remain clear and unobstructed at all times.
Open flames, hazardous materials, excessive noise, or other activities that may create a safety concern are prohibited unless specifically authorized and permitted.
Noble County Events reserves the right to address or restrict displays, activities, materials, or conduct that are unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, misleading, or inconsistent with the event.
Food vendors participating in the show are subject to the separate Food Vendor Terms & Conditions and all applicable Health Department requirements.
LIABILITY & INSURANCE
Exhibitors are responsible for their own property, displays, equipment, products, employees, representatives, and activities.
Noble County Events, Inc. and the event venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Exhibitors must comply with any insurance requirements communicated by Noble County Events or the venue and are responsible for maintaining insurance appropriate for their business and activities.
Each exhibitor is responsible for claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from its own operations, products, equipment, employees, representatives, or activities, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Booth fees are non-refundable once an exhibitor application has been approved.
Because exhibitor space is limited, approval reserves space for the exhibitor and may result in other applicants being declined or waitlisted.
If an exhibitor is unable to participate after approval, the exhibitor must notify Noble County Events as soon as possible. Booth fees may not be transferred to another business, organization, event, or future year unless specifically authorized in writing by Noble County Events.
If the event is canceled by Noble County Events, exhibitors will be notified and booth fees will be handled according to Noble County Events' event cancellation policy.
Noble County Events reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, layout, booth assignments, procedures, or other event details when necessary for the safe and effective operation of the show.
CONDUCT & COMPLIANCE
Exhibitors and their representatives must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event.
Exhibitors are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, permits, licenses, fire codes, safety requirements, and venue rules applicable to their activities.
Failure to comply with event rules, safety requirements, applicable laws, or instructions from authorized event or venue personnel may result in corrective action or removal from the event. Removal for noncompliance does not entitle the exhibitor to a refund.
AGREEMENT
By submitting an application, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable event rules and participation requirements.
If the application is approved, the applicant authorizes the payment method provided through Eventeny to be charged for the approved booth space and applicable selected add-ons according to the terms of the application.

Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own extension cords, power strips, and other equipment necessary to safely connect within their booth space. High-draw electrical equipment must be disclosed in advance and may require prior approval. |

| Digital Display Advertising | $25.00 | Get even more exposure during the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show by featuring your business on our digital display screens throughout the event. Your advertisement will rotate throughout the show, giving attendees another opportunity to see your business, brand, products, or services beyond your booth. Details: Displayed on rotating digital signage in high-traffic areas during the Home & Garden Show. May feature your business name, logo, contact information, website, special offer, or promotional message. Exhibitor is responsible for providing display-ready artwork in a high-resolution format. All advertisements are subject to approval by Noble County Events, Inc. Artwork must be submitted by the stated deadline to guarantee inclusion. Add-on price: $25, processed with your exhibitor booth fee. |
