2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show – Food Vendor Application

Join us for the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show! Following a sold-out inaugural show in 2026, we're excited to return for our second annual show with expanded exhibitor space and food vendor opportunities.

This application is for approved indoor food vendors, food trucks, food trailers, and other approved mobile food vendors participating in the 2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show.

FOOD VENDOR OPTIONS — $250

Food Truck / Food Trailer Space — $250

Approved food trucks and food trailers will receive a designated outdoor vending location for the duration of the show. Vendor locations will be assigned by Noble County Events based on the overall event layout, vehicle/trailer size, access requirements, and operational needs.

Indoor Food Vendor Space — $250

Approved indoor food vendors will receive a designated 10x10 indoor vending space. Indoor spaces are intended for approved food and beverage vendors operating from a table, booth, or similar indoor setup. Indoor vendor locations will be assigned by Noble County Events based on the overall show layout, vendor category, electrical needs, and space availability.

Food vendors are responsible for all required permits, licenses, Health Department requirements, insurance, equipment, supplies, and other requirements applicable to their operation.

FOOD VENDOR SELECTION & AVAILABILITY

Noble County Events may limit the number of vendors offering substantially similar food or beverage products in order to provide attendees with a diverse selection of food options.

Indoor Food Vendor space is limited. NCE initially plans to accept up to five (5) indoor food vendors for the 2027 show. Additional indoor food vendors may be accepted at NCE's discretion based on available space, vendor mix, and the final event layout.

Food vendor applications will be reviewed with consideration given to menu variety, similar products, available space, and the overall food and beverage selection offered to attendees. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a vendor space.

IMPORTANT — FOOD VENDOR ELIGIBILITY

Food vendor pricing is exclusively for businesses whose primary purpose at the event is the sale or service of food and/or beverages. The use of a trailer, mobile unit, cart, or similar setup by a non-food business does not qualify the applicant for food vendor pricing. Non-food businesses must apply through the regular Exhibitor Application.

Noble County Events reserves the right to determine the appropriate vendor classification and application type based on the products, services, and activities being offered at the event.

Approved vendors will receive additional information regarding placement, setup, arrival times, parking, and event procedures prior to the show.

2027 Noble County Home & Garden Show – Food Vendor Terms & Conditions

By submitting an application, the applicant agrees to comply with all event rules, policies, and instructions established by Noble County Events, Inc. (NCE), the Noble County Fairgrounds, and applicable governmental authorities.

APPLICATION & APPROVAL:  Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a vendor space. NCE reserves the right to approve or decline applications based on available space, vendor type, menu variety, similar products, overall vendor mix, and other event needs.

VENDOR FEE & PAYMENT:  The 2027 Food Vendor fee is $250 for an approved Indoor Food Vendor Space or Food Truck / Food Trailer Space.

No payment is charged when the application is submitted. If an application is approved, the payment method provided through Eventeny will be automatically charged at the time Noble County Events approves the application. Vendor fees are non-refundable once approved unless the event is canceled by NCE.

SPACE ASSIGNMENT:  Indoor Food Vendors will receive an assigned 10x10 indoor vending space. Food Trucks, Food Trailers, and other approved mobile food vendors will receive an assigned outdoor vending location.

All vendor locations are determined by Noble County Events based on the overall event layout, vendor type, electrical needs, access requirements, safety considerations, space availability, and operational needs. Specific location requests may be submitted but are not guaranteed.

Health Department, Permits, Inspections & Licensing: Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all permits, licenses, certifications, inspections, and approvals required for their operation, including all applicable Noble County Health Department requirements.

Food vendors should expect that representatives of the Noble County Health Department may visit and inspect food vendor operations during the event. Vendors must cooperate with Health Department representatives and comply with any instructions or corrective actions issued by the Health Department.

Vendors who do not meet applicable health, food-safety, permitting, licensing, or inspection requirements may be prohibited from operating or may be required to cease food service until the issue is corrected.

Approval by NCE to participate in the event does not constitute approval by the Noble County Health Department or any other governmental authority. NCE does not waive, approve, or determine Health Department requirements on behalf of any vendor. Each vendor is responsible for verifying and satisfying all requirements applicable to their operation.

Equipment & Operations: Vendors are responsible for providing their own truck, trailer, equipment, supplies, tables, generators, cooking equipment, refrigeration, water, and other items necessary for their operation unless otherwise specifically approved or provided by NCE.

Power Requirements: Vendors must disclose their electrical or power requirements in advance. Vendors should not assume electrical service will be available at their assigned location. Any electrical service or other power arrangements provided by the event must be specifically confirmed by NCE prior to the event.

Generators: Generators, if used, must be operated safely and may be subject to placement or operational requirements established by NCE, the Fairgrounds, the Health Department, fire officials, or other applicable authorities.

Fire & Cooking Safety: Vendors using propane, open flames, fryers, grills, cooking equipment, or other heat-producing equipment must comply with all applicable fire and safety requirements. Vendors are responsible for providing any required fire extinguishers and other required safety equipment.

Setup, Event Hours & Teardown: Vendors must follow designated arrival, setup, event-hour, and departure schedules provided by NCE. Vendors must be set up and ready to operate by the required time and must remain open and operational during published show hours unless otherwise authorized by NCE. Early departure or teardown is not permitted without prior approval.

Safety & Access: Vendors must maintain a safe and orderly vending area at all times. Fire lanes, driveways, walkways, entrances, exits, emergency access areas, and neighboring vendor spaces must remain clear and unobstructed.

Waste, Grease & Cleanup: Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean vending area and properly disposing of trash, grease, cooking oil, wastewater, food waste, and other materials in accordance with event, Fairgrounds, Health Department, and applicable environmental requirements. Dumping grease, cooking oil, wastewater, or other waste onto the ground, into storm drains, or elsewhere on Fairgrounds property is prohibited.

Sales & Taxes: Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable taxes and complying with all laws and regulations related to the sale and service of their products.

Insurance & Liability: Vendors are responsible for their own property, vehicles, trailers, equipment, products, employees, representatives, and activities. NCE and the event venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Vendors must comply with any insurance requirements communicated by NCE or the venue.

Marketing & Promotion: Vendors authorize NCE to use their business name, logo, photographs, and submitted marketing materials for reasonable event-related advertising and promotional purposes. The event may also be photographed or recorded, and photographs or recordings of vendor operations and representatives may be used for reasonable event-related promotion.

Conduct: Vendors and their representatives are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. NCE reserves the right to address unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, misleading, or noncompliant conduct or activities and may require corrective action or removal when necessary.

Failure to Comply: Failure to comply with event rules, Fairgrounds requirements, Health Department requirements, applicable laws, or instructions from authorized event or governmental personnel may result in suspension of vending activities or removal from the event. Removal for noncompliance does not entitle the vendor to a refund.

Event Changes: NCE reserves the right to make reasonable changes to vendor locations, schedules, procedures, event layouts, or other event details when necessary for the safe and effective operation of the show.

Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled by NCE, vendors will be notified and vendor fees will be handled according to NCE's event cancellation policy.
