We’re looking for reliable and energetic volunteers to assist with vendor load-in for MumFest. This role is vital to ensuring a smooth and efficient setup process. Volunteers should be able to stand and walk for extended periods and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are organized, punctual, and able to follow and give clear directions. Strong communication skills are a must, as you'll be coordinating with vendors, staff, and other volunteers. A helpful attitude and problem-solving mindset will go a long way, especially in managing any last-minute changes. Ability to lift light to moderate equipment is a plus. This is a great opportunity to be part of the behind-the-scenes action and help set the stage for a successful event!

Volunteers should be able to stand for extended periods and thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be interacting with guests, fellow volunteers, and staff. The ideal candidate can confidently manage crowds, maintain a friendly yet professional demeanor, and stay calm under pressure. Volunteers must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds (e.g., cases of beverages, supplies) and follow all safety and alcohol service guidelines. Help create a fun and welcoming environment for families and young children by joining our KidsZone team! We're seeking friendly, patient, and responsible volunteers who enjoy engaging with children and interacting with families. Volunteers should be comfortable standing for periods of time and assisting with games, crafts, and activities. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be coordinating with families, fellow volunteers, and vendors in the KidsZone area. A cheerful, approachable demeanor and the ability to stay calm in a busy setting are key. If you’re energetic, dependable, and love making kids smile, we’d love to have you on the team!

Be the friendly face that welcomes and assists guests at MumFest! Volunteers in these roles will help manage flower sales and provide general information to attendees. Strong communication skills are a must, as you'll be answering questions, giving directions, and assisting guests with purchases. Volunteers should be comfortable handling simple sales transactions and maintaining an organized, approachable presence at the tent. A helpful attitude, attention to detail, and a warm, welcoming demeanor are key to ensuring every guest has a great experience. If you enjoy working with people and being a go-to source of information, this is the perfect role for you!

Help keep things running smoothly from the moment patrons arrive! We're looking for responsible and clear-headed volunteers to serve as Parking Attendants. In this role, you’ll be managing pass-only parking lots, potentially directing vehicles. and providing helpful, accurate information to attendees. Volunteers must be able to communicate clearly and confidently, remain calm under pressure, and be comfortable working outdoors—rain or shine. This role requires attention to detail, quick decision-making, and a friendly yet firm demeanor. You'll be the first point of contact for many guests, so a welcoming attitude and professional presence are essential. Volunteers should also be able to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances as needed. If you're dependable, enjoy being outdoors, and can help create an organized, safe arrival experience, we’d love to have you on the team!

Looking for a flexible way to get involved? Join us as a General Volunteer and be ready to assist wherever help is needed most! This role is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, dependable, and ready to jump in at a moment’s notice. You’ll work closely with the Swiss Bear team to support a variety of event operations—from setup and logistics to guest services and vendor assistance. Volunteers should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks, big or small. The ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
