About the registration
Welcome to the MumFest Food Vendor Application Process! If your booth sells food and/or beverages you MUST complete and submit the Food Vendor Application in full, sign that you have read the Food Vendor Information, pay the application fee, and submit.
NOTE: WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING LOCAL/EASTERN NC FOOD VENDORS/TRUCKS THIS YEAR -Please message us with any questions or concerns.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
MumFest reserves the right to approve or deny the application. You will be notified within two weeks whether or not you have been accepted. IF ACCEPTED, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RELEVANT FEES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR APPLICATION. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Please note that the cut-off for refunds is July 1, 2025.
FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR FOOD VENDORS:
All food vendors must have the following fire extinguishers: One or more 2A10BC dry chemical extinguishers or larger.
If operating any type of fryer, a Class K fire extinguisher is required.
All extinguishers shall be properly serviced within the last 12 months and have a current inspection tag.
