Welcome to the MumFest Vendor Application Process! If you represent a Non-Profit organization (non-political) WITHIN CRAVEN COUNTY you MUST complete and submit the Non-Profit Application in full, pay the application fee, and submit.

Terms & Conditions

MumFest reserves the right to approve or deny the application. You will be notified within two weeks whether or not you have been accepted. IF ACCEPTED, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RELEVANT FEES THAT YOU HAVE SELECTED IN YOUR APPLICATION. This is an electronic agreement and by completing the application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.  Please note that the cut-off for refunds is July 1, 2025.

Cancellation Insurance Fee $40.00 Non-refundable In the event that MumFest is canceled due to weather, hurricane, or other acts of God, this add-on benefit provides reimbursement for the cost of your booth only (based upon size). It does not cover any extras purchased or loss of sales. Rainfall is not a factor for cancellation as MumFest is a rain or shine event.
