This is a family friendly, community driven event. We encourgae our vendors and partners to follow Disco Alfresco's goal to unite and bring joy, to create a welcoming, positive and fun environment for all our community and to grow and spread the joy outwards. 

 

Disco Alfresco is a movement to take nightlife into nature with one goal -TO UNITE AND UPLIFT. We transform green spaces into community discos where strangers become friends and bridges across communities are built. Everyone is welcome on the Disco Al fresco Dance Floor.

 

Food Categories: You must submit only 1 application for each category. If you r menu is more than 50% different, please state your menu below.  

 

*** You are welcome to apply to ALL WEEKS in the schedule. We will only approve 1 week at a time, this means you will only be charged on a weekly basis pending approval.***

Our vendor map will show you your Booth location by Wednesday prior to your confirmed date. All booths are surrounding the dancefloor and grass area, you will have a flat area to set up and it will be shaded starting around 6:30/7pm.

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

 

Categories:Artists may only apply to 1 categories. All work displayed in the booth must be for sale.

 

We do require a white/tan or light colored tent. If you have a tent you want to use and is not a light color, please send pictures for approval. We prefer white/tan but will/can make exceptions, so please send pictures.

Disco Alfresco is San Antonio's outdoor dance gathering 9 years running, thousands of people, one Airstream, and a concrete dance floor under the open sky. This summer we're taking over Sunken Garden Theater at Brackenridge Park for 9 Thursday nights of live DJ sets, themed dance parties, food trucks, and pure community magic. Volunteering with Disco al Fresco is not your average event gig. You're not working a conference or scanning badges at a corporate function. You're part of the crew that makes one of San Antonio's most electric summer experiences come to life! From the moment the gates open to the last song of the night. You'll meet the community, feel the music, and leave every Thursday knowing you were part of something real. If you love good music, good people, and good energy, this is your summer.
