Apple BBQ Festival 2026

Thank you for your interest in being a featured craft vendor at the Apple BBQ Festival. This one-day craft show features over 150 vendors lining the street in front of the Apple BBQ Festival where food, music, and family activities take place Friday - Saturday, September 11th & 12th, where the Craft Show will take place on Saturday.

If you are unsure of which tier you fall in, please apply and we will message you if the tier is not correct. You will have the chance to approve what tier you would be in prior to acceptance and deposit payment.  

The festival will accept food vendors until the event is full.  Application does not guarantee acceptance. You will be notified of your status after review of your application. Once accepted, you will receive an acceptance message and payment of non-refundable Deposit booth fee(s) will be charged. Following receipt of those items, you will receive a participant email with set-up information prior to the event. 

Welcome to the Apple & BBQ Festival an event that draws more than 30,000 visitors! We are pleased to offer a limited number of booth spaces for local non‑profit organizations. These booths will be featured on Saturday only, during the craft show.

Once you submit your application, we will review your information and notify you if your organization is selected to participate. There is no charge for qualified non‑profits and booth placement will be assigned by the festival team.

Thank you for your interest in purchasing a sponsor exhibitor booth at the Apple BBQ Festival, attended by over 30,000 visitors annually. Sponsors booths exhibition is for Saturday only, during the craft show. 

Divisions: 

• Adult – Ages 14 and up
• Youth – Ages 7 – 13

Prizes for each division:

• 1st Place – $75
• 2nd Place – $50
• 3rd Place – $25

Awards will be at 12:30 pm Saturday at the Festival Stage, all participants are suggested to stay for the awards to collect their prize.

Rules:

• Pies are judged on Appearance, Taste and Consistency
• Pies must be in a disposable pie tin
• Pies are to be turned in at 8110 W Hazel Rd. by the festival parking from 10:30am-11:00am
• Pies become property of the Apple and BBQ Festival after judging 

Welcome to the Silver Lake Apple BBQ Festival's Chicken Shack Classic Auto & ORV Show! Staging begins @ Dune Town Mall at 8:00am. Onsite registration will be open until 9:45.am. Online registration closes September 5th.  Show Time 10:00-2:00pm.  Voting will be done by a panel of judges.  Awards & Door Prizes awarded Start @ 2:00 pm in front of Registration Tent.  SLSD Apple & BBQ Festival Classic Auto & ORV Car Show Categories:

  • Donations will be taken to bribe the judge. Vehicle with the highest donation will win this award.
