About the application
Thank you for your interest in being a featured food truck at the Apple BBQ Festival, attended by over 30,000 visitors.
If you are unsure of which tier you fall in, please apply and we will message you if the tier is not correct. You will have the chance to approve what tier you would be in prior to acceptance and deposit payment.
The festival will accept food vendors until the event is full. Application does not guarantee acceptance. You will be notified of your status after review of your application. Once accepted, you will receive an acceptance message and payment of non-refundable Deposit booth fee(s) will be charged. Following receipt of those items, you will receive a participant email with set-up information prior to the event.

Terms & Conditions
Compenstation Agreement (NEW THIS YEAR):
- Tier 1 Large Trucks: Participation Fee ($1,900) Deposit ($250) In total ($2,150) 25ft+ 50/30/110 amp
- Tier 2 Standard Trucks: Participation Fee ($1,300) Deposit ($250) In toal ($1,550) 20ft+, 50/30/110 amp
- Tier 3 Small Capacity Trucks: Participation Fee ($750) Deposit ($150) In total ($900) 10-20ft, 110/30amp power
- Tier 4 Small Vendors: Participation Fee ($350) Deposit ($150) In total ($500) 10X10 tent, 110 power
New this year, we are introducing a tiered flat-fee compensation model. This model includes a deposit paid after your application is accepted to secure your spot, followed by a participation fee based on the tier your food truck falls into, which is due 30 days prior to the festival. We will contact you to confirm your assigned tier. This fee includes a designated location on the festival grounds to park and sell food, unlimited access to water, electricity, and dumpsters, and access to ice for purchase at the pavilion. Ther will be no refunds on your booth fee deopsit. Note set up is required Thursday September 10, 2026.
What We Provide:
Electricity and water are provided upon request. Please bring you own 50/30amp extension cords. Dumpsters are also available for your convenience, please use those rather than trash barrels.
Menu/Signage:
Please list your menu items on the application, as we aim to limit multiple vendors selling the same products. Because of this, approval of your application does not guarantee that all menu items will be permitted. Menu display boards with pricing are required and must be clearly visible at all times, using a minimum of 1” bold lettering that can be read from at least 10 feet away.
Insurance/Heath Department:
Proof of liability insurance is required to be submitted once your application has been accepted. Local and state health codes must be adhered to. Grease/Trash:
No grease or gray water is to be poured onto the ground or down any drains. But you can discard of your grease in the dupsters on the festival grounds. You are responsible for any & all environmental cleanup costs. As for trash the vendors are responsible to properly bag trash within your sales location. A dumpster is provided for your convenience on the festival grounds.
Water/Ice:
Please bring appropriate hoses, hose connections, & transport buckets. Bagged Ice bags are available for food vendors at cost.
Electric:
Please clearly list your electrical needs on the application below. If electrical needs are not specifically stated on application are not guaranteed. You are required to provide 30/50/100 amp extension cords. 110, 30amps, 50amps are available. Damage caused to electrical equipment by vendors will be held liable for the cost of repairs.
