About the event

Enjoy two full days of live music, a beer and wine tent, food trucks, a craft show with more than 140 vendors, a classic car show, a 5K run, axe throwing, kids’ activities, and much more. Families can look forward to pony rides, face painting, and a petting zoo. Food lovers won’t want to miss the mouthwatering BBQ, freshly baked pies, and locally grown apples

Your contributions help us raise vital funds for all sports and other high school programs. This event would not be possible without the dedicated efforts of our student-athletes, coaches, teachers, parents, grandparents, and community members like you.

As a volunteer, I understand that I am not an employee of the Silver Lake Sand Dunes Apple & BBQ Festival and am not subject to the benefits provided under the laws of Workers' Compensation in the State of Michigan. I agree to hold harmless the Silver Lake Sand Dunes Apple & BBQ Festival, its officers, directors, employees, and authorized representatives, against any and all claims, losses, injuries (including death and disability), liabilities, damages and expenses of any kind, including attorney fees, with respect to my volunteering for the Silver Lake Sand Dunes Apple & BBQ Festival. I authorize the Silver Lake Sand Dunes Apple & BBQ Festival to use photographs of me, or in which I may be included, for advertising and any other purpose. I understand that my background may be checked annually for any criminal history as long as I am a volunteer for the Silver Lake Sand Dunes Apple & BBQ Festival. The Silver Lake Sand Dunes Apple & BBQ Festival reserves the right to decline an individual’s request to volunteer. All information will be kept confidential.
