About the application

Welcome to the Apple & BBQ Festival an event that draws more than 30,000 visitors! We are pleased to offer a limited number of booth spaces for local non‑profit organizations. These booths will be featured on Saturday only, during the craft show.

Once you submit your application, we will review your information and notify you if your organization is selected to participate. There is no charge for qualified non‑profits and booth placement will be assigned by the festival team.


 

About the event

Enjoy two full days of live music, a beer and wine tent, food trucks, a craft show with more than 140 vendors, a classic car show, a 5K run, axe throwing, kids’ activities, and much more. Families can look forward to pony rides, face painting, and a petting zoo. Food lovers won’t want to miss the mouthwatering BBQ, freshly baked pies, and locally grown apples

Terms & Conditions

BOOTH FEES & INFORMATION: Booths spaces are 12’x12’ located on a closed road in front of the festival.  All non-profit booths are located closest to the roundabout. Tents and tables are not provided. Only one vendor is permitted per booth. Booth fees are free for qualified non-profits. You will be assigned a booth prior to the festival and notified via email. Weights to secure your tents and belongings are strongly encouraged.


ACCEPTANCE:

The festival will accept non-profit vendors until the limited number of booths are full. You will be notified of your status after your application has been reviewed. If accepted, you will receive an acceptance email. Prior to the festival, you will receive an email with booth location confirmation, set-up information, and day-of event details.  
 
SETUP & TEAR DOWN:  
Parking is available for you behind Golden Township Park, we will provide you with a parking pass and directions (more information to follow).  Your set up time will be from 8:00 - 9:00 am and craft show hours are: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  You must agree to be in place with items for sale during these hours.  NO EARLY BREAKDOWN OF BOOTHS (PRIOR TO 5 PM) ON SATURDAY.  ALL BOOTHS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE STREET BEGINNING PROMPTLY AT 6:30PM.
