Festival Sponsor Exhibitor Booths

Thank you for your interest in purchasing a sponsor exhibitor booth at the Apple BBQ Festival, attended by over 30,000 visitors annually. Sponsors booths exhibition is for Saturday only, during the craft show. 

BOOTH FEES & INFORMATION: 

Booth spaces measure 12' x 12' and are located on a closed road at the front of the festival. Please note that tents and tables are not provided, and only one vendor is allowed per booth.No refunds will be issued after August 1st. While we do consider requests for specific booth locations, placement cannot be guaranteed. We strongly encourage using weights to secure your tent and belongings.As a sponsor booth, your organization’s logo will be featured on our website alongside other sponsors, and you will also receive recognition on our social media platforms.

 
ACCEPTANCE:  The festival will sponsor exhibitors until the maximum number is full.  You will be notified of your status after your application has been reviewed. If accepted, you will receive an acceptance email. Prior to the festival, you will receive a packet with booth location confirmation, set-up information and day-of event details.  
 
SETUP & TEAR DOWN:  
Parking is available for you behind Golden Township Park, we will provide you with a parking pass and directions (more information to follow).  Your set up time will be from 8:00 - 9:00 am.  Craft show hours are: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  You must agree to be in place with items for sale during these hours.  NO EARLY BREAKDOWN OF BOOTHS (PRIOR TO 5 PM) ON SATURDAY.  ALL BOOTHS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE STREET BEGINNING PROMPTLY AT 6:30PM.
