Thank you for your interest in being a featured craft vendor at the Apple BBQ Festival. This one-day craft show features over 150 vendors lining the street in front of the Apple BBQ Festival where food, music, and family activities take place Friday - Saturday, September 11th & 12th, where the Craft Show will take place on Saturday.

Please read all information below
BOOTH FEES & INFORMATION: Booth spaces are 12’x12’ and located on a closed road in front of the festival. Tents and tables are not provided. Only one vendor is permitted per booth. Booth locations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Weights to secure your tents and belongings are strongly encouraged on windy days.
ELIGIBILITY: The ABF Craft Show is looking for authentic artists and crafters who have hand-crafted items that fit within the categories listed in the application. No retail, wholesale, consignment, flea market, imports, mass-produced work, collectible items, sublimation, or silk-screening will be allowed. Handmade food items must comply with the State of Michigan laws for processing and labeling.
TO ENTER: Each applicant must submit an application and a minimum of two (2) electronic images for consideration of approval. Images must be fully representative of the work you will sell at the Craft Show.
ACCEPTANCE: The festival will accept vendors until the event is full. You will be notified of your status after the committee has reviewed your application. You may look up the status of your application(s) online. If accepted, you will receive an acceptance email. Prior to the festival, you will receive an email with booth location confirmation, set-up information, and day-of event details.
SETUP & TEAR DOWN: Vehicles may not be parked in the craft show area after setup ends at 9AM. All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking lot adjacent to craft show grounds (more information to follow).
You will be assigned a designated time for setup Saturday between 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Please be on time to your dsignated time slot. If you are early you will be sent to wait in the festival parking until your designated time. This will help with the flow of set up greatly.
Craft show hours are: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on SATURDAY ONLY. You must agree to be in place with items for sale during these hours.
NO EARLY BREAKDOWN OF BOOTHS (PRIOR TO 5 PM) ON SATURDAY. ALL BOOTHS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE STREET BEGINNING PROMPTLY AT 6:30PM.
