I submitted an application and realized the same day that it interfered with a family obligation. I sent a message the same day (7/26/26) requesting to withdraw my application. However, I was still charged (8/4/26). I sent another message and still nothing. I will be putting a negative review for Eventny as well due to their lack of support and inability to request a refund directly or request an application be withdrawn.
