**Blackberry Harvest Festival
Vendor Terms & Conditions**
These Terms & Conditions apply to all vendors participating in the Blackberry Harvest Festival at Wildside Winery, held July 18–19, 2026 at Wildside Winery, 5500 Troy Pike, Versailles, KY.
By submitting a vendor application, you agree to the following:
1. Event Overview
The Blackberry Harvest Festival is a family-friendly, outdoor celebration featuring blackberries, wine, food, shopping, and live entertainment. Vendors may include artisans, makers, specialty food producers, farms, and small businesses that align with the Wildside Winery brand and guest experience.
Wildside Winery reserves the right to approve, decline, or limit vendors in any category to maintain a balanced and high-quality event.
2. Vendor Spaces
Vendor spaces are outdoor and located on winery grounds.
Space size and layout will be assigned by Wildside Winery.
Vendors may not change or expand their assigned footprint.
Electricity is not guaranteed unless specifically arranged in advance.
Vendors must bring their own:
Tables, chairs, tents (white or neutral preferred)
Weights for tents (required)
Display materials
Extension cords, if power is approved
3. Setup & Breakdown
Setup time will be provided closer to the event.
Vendors must be fully set up before the festival opens each day.
Early breakdown is not permitted without approval.
Vendors must leave their space clean and free of debris at the end of the event.
4. Products & Sales
Only items approved in your application may be sold.
No outside alcohol may be sold or distributed.
Food vendors must comply with all Kentucky health department requirements and hold appropriate permits.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting all applicable sales tax.
Wildside Winery reserves the right to remove any vendor selling unapproved, unsafe, offensive, or inappropriate items.
5. Insurance & Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk.
Wildside Winery, its owners, employees, and partners are not responsible for:
Theft
Damage
Loss of inventory or equipment
Personal injury
Vendors agree to hold Wildside Winery harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from their participation.
Some vendors may be required to provide proof of general liability insurance.
6. Weather & Force Majeure
This is a rain-or-shine event.
No refunds will be issued due to:
Weather
Low attendance
Acts of God
Government restrictions
Emergency closures
If Wildside Winery must cancel the event, vendor fees will be refunded or credited toward a future Wildside event at the winery’s discretion.
7. Cancellation Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable.
If a vendor cancels for any reason, their fee is forfeited.
If Wildside Winery fills the space from a waitlist, a partial credit may be issued at Wildside’s discretion.
8. Marketing & Media
By participating, vendors grant Wildside Winery permission to:
Photograph and film their booth and products
Use images for social media, advertising, and promotional materials
Vendors are encouraged to promote the event to their own audiences.
9. Code of Conduct
Wildside Winery is a welcoming, inclusive, family-friendly environment.
Vendors must:
Treat staff, guests, and other vendors with respect
Keep music, signage, and displays appropriate for all ages
Follow all winery staff instructions during the event
Wildside Winery reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates these standards without refund.
10. Agreement
By submitting an application and paying vendor fees, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
