Very disappointing experience with my custom order. I placed a $135 custom nail order with AnnGoo Nails and was told the turnaround time would be 3-4 weeks, which I was completely fine with. However, after the expected timeframe passed, I was told toward the end of July that my order would be ready within the next few days and that I would be contacted once it was ready for shipping. It has now been approximately two months, and I still have not received my order or a refund. I have made multiple attempts to contact the seller through Instagram and by phone, but have received no response despite repeated follow-ups. I understand that small businesses can experience delays, and I was genuinely patient and understanding throughout this process. What is most disappointing is the complete lack of communication after payment was made. I have purchased nails from this business before and genuinely loved the products, which makes this experience even more disappointing. DO not buy from them
