Welcome to the Holiday in the Park Non-Profit Exhibitor Application!

 

This application is for qualified non-profit organizations only.

 

Non-profit exhibitors receive a discounted booth rate. In some cases, booth fees may be waived if a presenting sponsor chooses not to use an included booth space. Please assume your organization will be responsible for the booth fee unless you are notified otherwise.

 

Proof of non-profit status is required. Commercial businesses should complete the appropriate vendor application instead.

Food Trucks are placed in specific locations throughout Celebrate Burbank on Magnolia Blvd. between N Hollywood Way and Buena Vista Blvd. (street closed).

As the Presenting Sponsor of Holiday in the Park, your organization will receive top-tier recognition throughout the event. Benefits include premier logo placement on event posters and promotional materials, premium recognition in press releases, social media, the event website, and featured mentions throughout the event. This sponsorship also includes a premium 10x40 or 20x20 booth in a high-visibility location. Also includes: Recognition during event announcements, group thank-you social media post, name on the website donor page, recognition on the shared Community Donors banner, name listed in the event program, and a digital thank-you on the event website and newsletter.

Help keep Holiday in the Park accessible for everyone. As the Shuttle Sponsor, your organization will receive naming rights to the complimentary shuttle service that transports thousands of attendees between remote parking areas and the event. Your logo will be prominently displayed on the shuttle vehicles, shuttle stop signage, and event promotional materials, ensuring repeated visibility throughout the evening. Also includes: Recognition during event announcements, group thank-you social media post, name on the website donor page, recognition on the shared Community Donors banner, name listed in the event program, and a digital thank-you on the event website and newsletter.

The center of the celebration. As the Main Stage Sponsor, your organization will receive naming rights to Holiday in the Park's entertainment stage located on the 3200 block of Magnolia Blvd, with prominent banner and logo placement, priority recognition across promotional materials, and featured mentions from the stage throughout the event. Also includes: Recognition during event announcements, group thank-you social media post, name on the website donor page, recognition on the shared Community Donors banner, name listed in the event program, and a digital thank-you on the event website and newsletter. Please note that this sponsorship supports the entertainment program but does not include the ability to select, book, curate, or perform as part of the event. All entertainment is selected and scheduled solely by the Event Organizers.

As the Community Stage Sponsor, your organization will receive naming rights to Holiday in the Park's Community Stage, featuring performances by local dance studios, school choirs and bands, cultural organizations, community groups, and other hometown talent. Your organization will receive prominent banner and logo placement, priority recognition across promotional materials, and featured mentions from the stage throughout the event. Your sponsorship funds the large gallery tents that allow artists to exhibit their work free of charge, creating an immersive art experience for thousands of attendees while removing financial barriers for participating artists. As the Art Show Sponsor, your organization will receive prominent recognition throughout the Art Block, along with logo placement on promotional materials, the event website, social media, and other event marketing. Your support helps make local art more accessible while creating a unique destination within Holiday in the Park.

Sponsor one of Holiday in the Park's newest attractions: a free go-kart and bumper car experience for families. Your support helps keep this attraction free for attendees while providing prominent branding throughout the activity area, recognition on promotional materials, and mentions online and during the event. Your organization will receive prominent on-site signage and branding throughout the area, along with recognition as the official Go-Kart & Bumper Cars Sponsor across printed and digital event materials, including promotional graphics, the event website, social media, and event announcements. The sponsorship also includes booth space up to 10x40 or 20x20. This high-energy area attracts families throughout the evening and serves as a central gathering place for guests of all ages. Your organization will receive prominent on-site signage and branding throughout the Fun Zone, along with recognition as the official Fun Zone Sponsor across printed and digital event materials, including promotional graphics, the event website, social media, and event announcements. Holiday in the Park will be a massive undertaking for Magnolia Park and we rely on volunteers to help keep everything running smoothly both before the event begins and throughout the night. Volunteer shifts are still being determined, you can sign up now so we can keep in touch. You’ll receive instructions and training before your shift begins, and roles may be assigned based on preference and event needs. Comfortable clothing and walking shoes are recommended since this is a large, active event. This is a great way to be part of one of Burbank’s most beloved traditions, connect with the community, and support an event that brings joy to thousands of people each year.
