Holiday in the Park is Burbank’s largest street festival, held annually the Friday before Thanksgiving. Stretching over a mile along Magnolia Boulevard, the event features over 300 vendors, live entertainment, food trucks, a classic car show, kids' Fun Zone, and a Ferris wheel — all under a festive canopy of holiday lights.
Free and open to the public, the event attracts more than 50,000 attendees each year.

Parking instructions
Holiday in the Park features a free shuttle service to help ease parking and traffic congestion. There are three designated pickup locations around Burbank: the Downtown Burbank Metrolink Station on Flower Street, the Buena Vista Library at 300 N. Buena Vista Street, and the Central Library (Main Branch) at 110 N. Glenoaks Boulevard. Shuttles will run continuously throughout the evening and drop off passengers near the event at Magnolia Boulevard and Buena Vista Street. There are no official event parking lots, and we strongly encourage attendees to take advantage of the shuttle service. Please avoid parking in the surrounding residential neighborhoods to help us keep things safe and respectful for our neighbors. The shuttle is free, family-friendly, and the easiest way to enjoy the event without the stress of finding a parking spot.

This application is for qualified non-profit organizations only.
Non-profit exhibitors receive a discounted booth rate. In some cases, booth fees may be waived if a presenting sponsor chooses not to use an included booth space. Please assume your organization will be responsible for the booth fee unless you are notified otherwise.
Proof of non-profit status is required. Commercial businesses should complete the appropriate vendor application instead.

Help bring Holiday in the Park to life on Friday, November 20, 2026, on Magnolia Blvd. in Burbank. The public event runs 4:00–10:00 PM and is produced by Magnolia Park Events, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Volunteer assignments cover morning setup, vendor arrival, guest services, the MPMA information booth, Art Block, both stages, Car Show, Volunteer HQ, and closing through approximately 11:30 PM.
Choose your preferred departments and tell us when you are available. We will confirm your role, shift, check-in point, and lead based on event needs; first choices are not guaranteed. Specific blocks are assigned internally. Leadership and some specialized, vehicle-adjacent, and closing assignments require organizer review. Do not select overlapping shifts.
Volunteers must be at least 13. Under-18 volunteers need written parent/guardian consent and may need an adult chaperone under the existing event terms. Instructions and training will be provided before your assignment. Please check in and out for every assignment and let us know promptly if your availability changes.
Service-hour verification is available for completed, verified participation. Students should confirm their school’s requirements and bring any required form. For accommodations, message the primary contact through Eventeny; please do not include medical details in this application.

Holiday in the Park 2026 Car Show – Participant Information
The Holiday in the Park Car Show returns Friday, November 20, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Magnolia Boulevard in Burbank.
One of the event’s longest-running traditions, the show fills two blocks near Autobooks-Aerobooks with classic cars, hot rods, muscle cars, vintage vehicles, car clubs, and other distinctive vehicles. The surrounding festival features live music, vendors, food trucks, and family activities, with tens of thousands of attendees expected.
We have space for approximately 70 vehicles. All makes, models, and car clubs are welcome. Entry is $40 per vehicle and is charged only after approval.
Applications remain open through 3:00 PM on event day, space permitting. Detailed load-in and placement instructions will be sent to approved participants. Vehicle placement is managed by the car show team; submitting an application does not guarantee a specific space.
