Non-Profit Organizations
Local nonprofits are invited to the Winter Farmers Market as space allows, January through March.
There is no fee, but space is limited.
December space - Limited to groups that are willing to work our Nourish Kids table (provide a brief activity for children).
- Groups are not allowed to sell food, crafts, soap, woodworking or any other item sold by our hand crafting vendors.
- Groups MAY offer giveaways, advice, consulting, and book appointments for your nonprofits.
- You MAY sell tickets to a fundraiser.
- You must be part of a healthy, local economy. No smoking / vaping / sugary products or alcohol products may be promoted.
- No political advocacy groups are permitted.
- No religious groups are permitted unless you are promoting a non-religious effort (a food pantry, for example).

- Winter Farmers Market is located INDOORS at Roane State Community College, 701 Briarcliff Avenue, Oak Ridge, TN 37830
- Open 9 a.m. to noon. Set up begins at 7:30 a.m., and groups must be ready by 8:30 a.m.
- Bring your own table and chairs.
- Booths are roughly 6'x8'
