Sponsors and Local Businesses 

• Sponsors receive extensive promotion, plus premium booth space at the market. Sponsorships are custom built to fit your needs and budget. 
• Local Businesses may also have a booth, without promotion, $100 per week. Businesses cannot sell any item already sold in the market, and must cater to a health-focused clientele.

I am legally entitled to represent the business named in this application. I have read and agree to follow the policies of Grow Oak Ridge as outlined in the current Vendor Handbook. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grow Oak Ridge and its directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, levies and causes of action or suits of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or related to my activities at this market. 

I agree to abide by the State of Tennessee regarding any product I sell. 

I understand that Grow Oak Ridge may use my name and photographs of my products for advertising purposes.
