Welcome to the 2027 Treasure Coast Renaissance Festival Marketplace.

This application is for Arts, Crafts, and Merchant Vendors wishing to participate in the Treasure Coast Renaissance Festival.  We are seeking artisans, craftspeople, merchants, and specialty vendors whose products complement and/or enhance the festival atmosphere.

Preference will be given to period-appropriate, handcrafted, and artisan-made merchandise. Resellers of period appropriate wares and imported goods may be considered on a very limited basis.

Please complete all application fields and upload clear photographs of your products and Tent booth setup. Incomplete applications may experience delays in review.

NO VENDOR WILL BE PERMITTED TO UNLOAD, SET UP, OR OPERATE AT THE EVENT WITHOUT PROOF OF APPROPRIATE LIABILITY INSURANCE.

This application is not for food or beverage vendors.

Treasure Coast Renaissance Festival Entertainment Application

Thank you for your interest in performing at the inaugural Treasure Coast Renaissance Festival!

The Treasure Coast Renaissance Festival (TCRF) is a six-weekend immersive Renaissance experience taking place January 9 – February 14, 2027, in Fort Pierce, Florida. We are seeking talented entertainers, musicians, stage acts, street performers, educational demonstrators, specialty performers, and interactive experiences that enhance the atmosphere and guest experience of the festival.

We welcome applications from:

• Renaissance and Celtic musicians
• Folk and acoustic performers
• Comedy acts and improv performers
• Stage shows and theatrical productions
• Jugglers, magicians, and variety acts
• Storytellers and historical interpreters
• Living history and educational demonstrations
• Acrobatic and specialty performers
• Interactive roaming characters
• Family-friendly entertainment of all kinds

Our goal is to create a vibrant, engaging festival filled with memorable experiences for guests of all ages. Preference may be given to acts that fit the Renaissance, fantasy, historical, Celtic, pirate, or medieval themes of the event.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis through November 30, 2026. Selected entertainers will be contacted to discuss scheduling, compensation, technical requirements, camping accommodations, and other event logistics.

Treasure Coast Renaissance Festival Cast Application

Thank you for your interest in joining the cast of the Treasure Coast Renaissance Festival!

We are seeking enthusiastic, creative, and reliable individuals to help bring our Renaissance village to life. Cast members are the heart of the festival atmosphere, interacting with guests, supporting themed experiences, participating in street character work, assisting with ceremonies, and helping create memorable moments throughout the event.

No professional acting experience is required, but applicants should be comfortable engaging with the public, working outdoors, wearing period-inspired costuming, and contributing to a positive, family-friendly festival environment.

We welcome applicants interested in:

• Street characters and village residents
• Nobility, guards, townsfolk, merchants, peasants, pirates, fairies, and fantasy characters
• Interactive guest experiences
• Opening and closing gate shows
• Parades, ceremonies, and themed moments
• Educational or historical character interpretation
• Volunteer or paid cast opportunities, depending on role and availability

Cast members may be asked to attend rehearsals, costume fittings, orientation, and training prior to the event. Applicants should provide their availability, experience, character interests, special skills, and any relevant performance background.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Selected applicants will be contacted with additional information regarding roles, schedules, expectations, costuming, compensation, if applicable, and festival participation requirements.

Treasure Coast Renaissance Festival Encampment Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Treasure Coast Renaissance Festival as an encampment, guild, household, military company, living history group, artisan camp, or themed organization.

Encampments play a vital role in creating the immersive atmosphere that makes Renaissance Festivals unique. We are seeking groups that can provide historical interpretation, demonstrations, educational experiences, interactive activities, or themed environments that enhance the guest experience.

Whether your focus is medieval life, Renaissance culture, military history, crafts, fantasy, pirates, or other period-inspired themes, we welcome applications from groups dedicated to helping bring DragonBridge Farms to life.

Please complete this application with as much detail as possible regarding your organization, activities, space requirements, camping needs, and previous event experience.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and approved groups will receive additional information regarding placement, setup schedules, camping policies, and participation requirements.
