Treasure Coast Renaissance Festival Entertainment Application
Thank you for your interest in performing at the inaugural Treasure Coast Renaissance Festival!
The Treasure Coast Renaissance Festival (TCRF) is a six-weekend immersive Renaissance experience taking place January 9 – February 14, 2027, in Fort Pierce, Florida. We are seeking talented entertainers, musicians, stage acts, street performers, educational demonstrators, specialty performers, and interactive experiences that enhance the atmosphere and guest experience of the festival.
We welcome applications from:
• Renaissance and Celtic musicians
• Folk and acoustic performers
• Comedy acts and improv performers
• Stage shows and theatrical productions
• Jugglers, magicians, and variety acts
• Storytellers and historical interpreters
• Living history and educational demonstrations
• Acrobatic and specialty performers
• Interactive roaming characters
• Family-friendly entertainment of all kinds
Our goal is to create a vibrant, engaging festival filled with memorable experiences for guests of all ages. Preference may be given to acts that fit the Renaissance, fantasy, historical, Celtic, pirate, or medieval themes of the event.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis through November 30, 2026. Selected entertainers will be contacted to discuss scheduling, compensation, technical requirements, camping accommodations, and other event logistics.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or booking.
All performances must be family-friendly and appropriate for a general audience unless otherwise approved by festival management.
Entertainers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding performance requirements, technical needs, and scheduling availability.
Accepted entertainers may be required to provide promotional materials, photographs, biographies, proof of insurance (if applicable), and other documentation before final contracting.
Performance schedules, locations, and compensation are subject to change based on operational requirements.
Entertainers agree to comply with all festival rules, safety requirements, operational policies, and local regulations.
Heritage Horizons Event Operations LLC reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or modify any entertainment engagement at its sole discretion.
