Treasure Coast Renaissance Festival Encampment Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Treasure Coast Renaissance Festival as an encampment, guild, household, military company, living history group, artisan camp, or themed organization.

Encampments play a vital role in creating the immersive atmosphere that makes Renaissance Festivals unique. We are seeking groups that can provide historical interpretation, demonstrations, educational experiences, interactive activities, or themed environments that enhance the guest experience.

Whether your focus is medieval life, Renaissance culture, military history, crafts, fantasy, pirates, or other period-inspired themes, we welcome applications from groups dedicated to helping bring DragonBridge Farms to life.

Please complete this application with as much detail as possible regarding your organization, activities, space requirements, camping needs, and previous event experience.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and approved groups will receive additional information regarding placement, setup schedules, camping policies, and participation requirements.

Treasure Coast Renaissance Festival Cast Terms & Conditions

Application 

Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance into the Treasure Coast Renaissance Festival cast. All applications will be reviewed based on the needs of the festival and available cast positions.

Attendance & Reliability
Cast members are expected to be reliable, punctual, and committed to fulfilling their scheduled responsibilities. Excessive absences or failure to communicate may result in removal from the cast.

Rehearsals & Training
Accepted cast members may be required to attend orientation sessions, rehearsals, workshops, or training events prior to the festival season.

Conduct
Cast members are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and family-friendly demeanor at all times while representing the festival. Harassment, discrimination, intoxication while on duty, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Costuming
Cast members may be required to provide or obtain approved costume elements appropriate to their assigned role. Costume guidelines and standards will be provided upon acceptance.

Photography & Media Release
By participating in the festival, cast members grant Heritage Horizons Event Operations LLC, Heritage Horizons Holdings LLC, and the Treasure Coast Renaissance Festival permission to use photographs, video recordings, and other media containing their likeness for promotional, marketing, educational, and archival purposes without additional compensation.

Safety
Cast members agree to comply with all safety rules, emergency procedures, and directions provided by festival management, security personnel, and event staff.

Character Expectations
Cast members may be assigned specific characters, storylines, duties, or performance expectations. Festival management reserves the right to modify roles and assignments as operational needs require.

Volunteer & Paid Positions
Some cast positions may be volunteer opportunities while others may include compensation. Acceptance into the cast does not guarantee paid employment unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Festival Policies
All cast members agree to follow festival policies regarding guest interaction, costume standards, weapons policies, backstage access, parking, camping, and site operations.

Assumption of Risk
Participation in an outdoor event involves inherent risks, including weather conditions, uneven terrain, interaction with animals, and large crowds. By participating, cast members voluntarily assume such risks.

Management Rights
Heritage Horizons Event Operations LLC reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or remove any cast member whose conduct, performance, or actions are determined to be inconsistent with the goals, safety requirements, or standards of the festival.

Agreement
By submitting this application, the applicant certifies that the information provided is accurate and agrees to abide by all festival rules, policies, and requirements if accepted.
