We have parking available for $5 per car, run by the Valley Boosters Club for a fundraiser. Parking Lots are located off of Date St, Fir St, & Ironwood St.

Please fill out this application completely, missing sections will require us to decline the application. You will have to provide a credit/debit card on the application, however you will not be charged unless accepted as a vendor. Upon acceptance, you will receive an email providing you until June 1st to send in a check if you would prefer to pay that way. There is a limited number of booths available in certain areas of the fair. Our vendor team will be jurying applications this year based on past involvement, variety of product, quality of booth presentation and product, etc. so just because you submit your application early, does not guarantee you a space.  Our vendor team does our best to prevent duplication of products and do accept/deny applications on whether the product is already approved for the fair.  The team will be meeting monthly to approve all submitted applications starting in mid-January.

 

Upon being accepted, we will send you a contract which you will need to return by June 1, 2026 as well as General Liability insurance documentation in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence/ $2,000,000 aggregate (minimum) naming Jerome County Fair, its officers, agents, employees and volunteers as additional insured.  The business name on your insurance MUST match the business name listed on this application.  Please review our Concessions & Vendor Guide carefully for all current and updated policies and rules,before applying:  https://jeromecountyfair.com/get-involved/vendors/
