About the application

THANK YOU for your interest in sponsoring the the largest event in Jerome County! We are so excited to celebrate the 250th birthday of our nation with our theme: Stars, Stripes, & Summer Nights! There are plenty of ways to throw your brand in the arena—let’s find the right ride for you. Review the available options below to see if anything sparks your interest. Our 2025 sponsors have the first right of renewal for their same sponsorship for the 2026 Fair & Rodeo, but there is plenty to go around. It truly takes a village to make this happen, and thanks to partners like you, we can together! If there's a sponsorship you're really after, reach out to the Fair Office and we'll see if that specific opportunity recently became available or if we can find one you like even more. As the renewal process progresses, the opportunities will be updated on this page if they are not renewed. If you're ready to pull the trigger, please fill out this application completely to streamline the process. HEADS UP!... You will be asked to provide a credit/debit card on the application, however you will not be charged. This is how Eventeny deters fraudulent activity. Terms & Conditions

Upon acceptance, you will receive an agreement that needs to be signed and returned to the Fair Office. All payments and signed agreements must be submitted by July 3, 2026.

Custom Sponsorship	$500.00	Non-refundable	Do you have a creative idea you'd like to sponsor but don't see it listed? Select this option, and let's chat what the perfect setup looks like for you! * We’ll work with sponsors to finalize deliverables based on the level of support. *
Fan of the Night \| Liberty Sponsorship	$3,000.00	Non-refundable	Do you want to be known as the sponsor that brings extra hype to the audience during the rodeo? Each rodeo, we look for one Fan of the Night. Imagine hearing your company's name throughout the rodeo as the announcer says something like.... "Alright everyone, we're still looking for the (insert company name)'s Fan of the Night", and it leads into a dancing/singing competition, a who cheers the loudest competition, a.... you name it! This opportunity helps engage the crowd even more, makes the night more memorable, and gives someone the opportunity to shine... ultimately winning the Fan of the Night prize (to be determined).

Contestant Back Numbers \| Liberty Sponsorship	$3,000.00	Non-refundable	Rodeo contestants wear back numbers to be easily identifiable by the judges. This year, we are having special America-themed back numbers made to honor America's 250th birthday. We have people who come in from 26 different states and 66 Idaho cities to this Fair & Rodeo... imagine all those people seeing your logo on the back of every rodeo contestant and knowing the support you have for a sport and way of life they love!
