About the application

THANK YOU for your interest in sponsoring the the largest event in Jerome County! We are so excited to celebrate the 250th birthday of our nation with our theme: Stars, Stripes, & Summer Nights! Put your brand center stage by sponsoring one of the fair’s biggest crowd-drawers—live music under the lights. Enjoy high-energy exposure while supporting unforgettable fair-night entertainment. Review the available options below to see if anything sparks your interest. Our 2025 sponsors have the first right of renewal for their same sponsorship for the 2026 Fair & Rodeo, but there is plenty to go around. It truly takes a village to make this happen, and thanks to partners like you, we can together! If there's a sponsorship you're really after, reach out to the Fair Office and we'll see if that specific opportunity recently became available or if we can find one you like even more. As the renewal process progresses, the opportunities will be updated on this page if they are not renewed. If you're ready to pull the trigger, please fill out this application completely to streamline the process. HEADS UP!... You will be asked to provide a credit/debit card on the application, however you will not be charged. This is how Eventeny deters fraudulent activity. Terms & Conditions

Upon acceptance, you will receive an agreement that needs to be signed and returned to the Fair Office. All payments and signed agreements must be submitted by July 3, 2026.
