About the application

THANK YOU for your interest in sponsoring the the largest event in Jerome County! We are so excited to celebrate the 250th birthday of our nation with our theme: Stars, Stripes, & Summer Nights! We’ve got plenty of ways for you to hang your brand on the fair—it'll fit like your favorite pair of boots. Our 2025 sponsors have the first right of renewal for their same sponsorship for the 2026 Fair & Rodeo, but there is plenty to go around. It truly takes a village to make this happen, and thanks to partners like you, we can together! If there's a sponsorship you're really after that you haven't seen listed? Let's chat! If you're ready to pull the trigger, please fill out this application completely to streamline the process. HEADS UP!... You will be asked to provide a credit/debit card on the application, however you will not be charged. This is how Eventeny deters fraudulent activity. Terms & Conditions

Upon acceptance, you will receive an agreement that needs to be signed and returned to the Fair Office. All payments and signed agreements must be submitted by July 3, 2026.
