Harlem Pride 2026 Celebration Day

APPLICATION PROCESS SCHEDULE

1. November 10, 2025 - Artist Registration Opens

2. March 2, 2026 - Artist Registration Closes

3. March 31, 2026 -  Artist Notification Date 

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Registration DOES NOT mean you will be selected to perform. The Harlem Pride 2026 Entertainment Committee is charged with selecting our performers.
2. ALL performers must be 18 years of age or older.

3. All performances must be free of profanity, full/partial nudity and/or leud acts.

Each year Harlem Pride hosts a large selection of businesses and community based organizations during our Harlem Pride Day Celebration.

Averaging over 20,000 people in attendance, our Harlem Pride Day Celebration Days, provide an opportunity to interact with a large segment of our Same Gender Loving, LGBTQ population, including visitors from the eastern seaboard to the west coast and beyond.

 
Market Place Reminder: The Market Place is an area where your uploaded photos will be shown in your own 'market area' which is also accessible via the Eventeny mobile app.  This way our attendees can decide early, which booths they'd like to visit. 

Rates and Time Frame Deadlines

Early 

Early Bird Rate - $300 - (November 10, 2025  to February 28, 2026)

Regular

Regular Rate - $350 - (March 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026)

Late

Late Rate - $600 - (June 1, 2026 to June 12, 2026)

NOTE:

1. Only use this registration if you are NOT selling anything.  If you are selling items, use the Merchant Booth Space Registration.
   
   
2. Booth Assignments will be provided on Friday, June 19, 2026.

2. Effective August 30, 2024, street fair vendors are no longer required to obtain a temporary vendor permit from DCWP. Sponsors of street fairs must still comply with all requirements of the Mayor’s Office of Citywide Event Coordination and Management Street Activity Permit Office (SAPO), including providing SAPO with a list of all vendors who are approved to be at the fair. For more information, visit SAPO’s website at https://www.nyc.gov/site/cecm/permitting/permit-types/street-festivals.page

$1100/package - 10ft x 20ft - Double Space with Vehicle (Deadline: June 12, 2026) 

NOTES: 

1. Because we have had difficulty collecting our Medical Services Report Forms, the form must now be completed and submitted AT THE END OF THE EVENT. 
2. Location Assignments will be provided on Friday, June 19, 2026.

$750/package - 10ft x 20ft Space Only  (Regular Rate - March 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026)

$900/package - 10ft x 20ft Space Only  (Late Rate - June 1, 2026 to June 12, 2026)

NOTES: 

1. You are responsible for collecting tax on all merchandise sold. Report this to the New York City Dept. of Finances.
2. No sales or consumption of alcoholic beverages or controlled substances is allowed.
3. You must have a DCA 30-day Street Fair Vendor Permit or Food Permit. Permits can be obtained in person (42 Broadway, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10004) or online at: http://www1.nyc.gov/site/dca/businesses/license-checklist-temporary-street-fair-vendor.page*A food vendor letter is available on request.
