1. November 10, 2025 - Artist Registration Opens
2. March 2, 2026 - Artist Registration Closes
3. March 31, 2026 - Artist Notification Date
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Registration DOES NOT mean you will be selected to perform. The Harlem Pride 2026 Entertainment Committee is charged with selecting our performers.
2. ALL performers must be 18 years of age or older.
3. All performances must be free of profanity, full/partial nudity and/or leud acts.
Each year Harlem Pride hosts a large selection of businesses and community based organizations during our Harlem Pride Day Celebration.
Averaging over 20,000 people in attendance, our Harlem Pride Day Celebration Days, provide an opportunity to interact with a large segment of our Same Gender Loving, LGBTQ population, including visitors from the eastern seaboard to the west coast and beyond.
Market Place Reminder: The Market Place is an area where your uploaded photos will be shown in your own 'market area' which is also accessible via the Eventeny mobile app. This way our attendees can decide early, which booths they'd like to visit.
Rates and Time Frame Deadlines
Early
Early Bird Rate - $300 - (November 10, 2025 to February 28, 2026)
Regular
Regular Rate - $350 - (March 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026)
Late
Late Rate - $600 - (June 1, 2026 to June 12, 2026)

For those of you who need an invoice, please complete the application BUT NOT the payment information. Then email us at info@harlempride.org to let us know you have completed the application and now you need an invoice. We'll generate an invoice and get it out to you asap!

- Only use this registration if you are NOT selling anything. If you are selling items, use the Merchant Booth Space Registration.
- Booth Assignments will be provided on Friday, June 19, 2026 by 5PM.

Effective August 30, 2024, street fair vendors are no longer required to obtain a temporary vendor permit from DCWP. Sponsors of street fairs must still comply with all requirements of the Mayor’s Office of Citywide Event Coordination and Management Street Activity Permit Office (SAPO), including providing SAPO with a list of all vendors who are approved to be at the fair. NOTES:
- You are responsible for collecting tax on all merchandise sold. Report this to the New York City Dept. of Finances.
- No sales or consumption of alcoholic beverages or controlled substances are allowed.
- All Food Vendors are required to obtain a Temporary Food Service Establishment Permit. You can apply online at https://nyc-business.nyc.gov/nycbusiness/description/temporary-food-service-establishment-permit or offline at the DCA Licensing Center at 42 Broadway, 5th floor, New York, NY 10004 (212) 487-4104. You may also call 311 or (212) NEW-YORK for more information.*A food vendor letter is available on request.
- All Food Vendors cooking or using generators on site are required to secure the Certificate of Fitness G-23 from the Fire Department of New York. You may call FDNY at (718) 999-2472 or visit the website https://www.nyc.gov/site/fdny/business/all-certifications/cof-g23.page for more information. Harlem Pride, Inc. firmly adheres to the New York City Fire Department regulations therefore all Harlem Pride, Inc. vendors must indicate at the time of registration their intent to use gas, charcoal, smoker, propane, charcoal, grill, helium, or other.
- All Food Vendors are required have one (1) Class ABC and one (1) Class K fire extinguisher on-site. You MUST have both on-site.
