After welcoming over 250,000 guests since 2022, we’re excited to announce that we will be opening even earlier this year; on THANKSGIVING WEEKEND! We’re seeking the best Charlotte based food trucks to be part of this magical experience featuring over a million lights, giant snow globes, festive displays, and live entertainment. To give our guests new an exciting reasons to come out on various different nights, vendor participation would be booked nightly and on a rotating basis. The Carolina Holiday Light Spectacular is open EVERYDAY starting on
BLACK FRIDAY, Friday, November 28th
through Tuesday, December 30th from 5:30pm-10:00pm
With the following exclusions:
Christmas Eve: Wednesday, December 24th - 5:30pm-8:00pm
Christmas Day: Thursday, December 25th - CLOSED
All kinds of cuisines are encouraged to apply. With the exception of the following:

The Holiday Market Village is open from Friday, November 28th through Christmas Eve, Wednesday, December 24th. Vendors are expected to be on-site and open EVERYDAY between Friday, November 28th and December 24th.
Each vendor be provided with the following:
- ONE Permanent 10x10 High Peak Vinyl Tent with sidewall surrounding 4 sides for the duration of the Event
- Lighting Built into the Tent
- ONE electrical outlet (standard 120V/20amp of power)
- Company Signage Displayed outside of the Tent
- Vendors are encouraged to decorate the inside and outside of their tents with Holiday themed decor.

- Body Products/Soaps
