Application & Fees

• A $30 non-refundable application fee is required to submit your application.
• All vendor applications are subject to approval to ensure a diverse and balanced vendor marketplace.

Booth Vendor Fee

• The booth vendor fee is the cost required to secure your space at the event once your application has been approved.
• This fee reserves your vendor booth and helps cover event expenses such as venue costs, marketing and promotion, event setup, and overall event coordination to ensure a successful experience for vendors and attendees.
• Payment of the booth vendor fee confirms your participation and reserves your designated vendor space for the event. Booth fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizers.
• The vendor booth fee includes a 10x10 booth space and social media promotion.
• Applicants who are not approved will be notified via email and will receive a full refund of their booth fee(application fee remains non-refundable).

Food Truck Vendor Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in participating as a Food Truck Vendor at Bloom: A Women’s Wellness Experience. Please review the following guidelines before submitting your application.

 

Selected vendors agree to assist in promoting the event on their social media platforms and networks.

Volunteer With Us – Bloom: A Women’s Wellness Experience

Bloom: A Women’s Wellness Experience is a community-centered event focused on empowering women through wellness, education, and connection. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable volunteers who want to help create an uplifting and inspiring experience for our attendees.

 

Volunteers will assist with a variety of event-day activities such as vendor check-in, attendee welcome and registration, helping direct guests, assisting with wellness activities, supporting speakers and instructors, and general event support. Your help ensures the event runs smoothly and that every guest feels welcomed and supported.
