Volunteer With Us – Bloom: A Women’s Wellness Experience

Bloom: A Women’s Wellness Experience is a community-centered event focused on empowering women through wellness, education, and connection. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable volunteers who want to help create an uplifting and inspiring experience for our attendees.

Volunteers will assist with a variety of event-day activities such as vendor check-in, attendee welcome and registration, helping direct guests, assisting with wellness activities, supporting speakers and instructors, and general event support. Your help ensures the event runs smoothly and that every guest feels welcomed and supported.

Volunteer Application Terms & Conditions

By applying to volunteer for Bloom: A Women’s Wellness Experience, you agree to the following:

1.  Commitment: Volunteers agree to arrive on time and fulfill their assigned shift and responsibilities. If unable to attend, notice must be given as soon as possible.
2. Roles & Responsibilities: Volunteers may assist with the following but not limited to: event setup, check-in, vendor support, guest assistance, or breakdown. Tasks will be assigned by the event team.
3. Professional Conduct: Volunteers are expected to be respectful, reliable, and professional when interacting with guests, vendors, and staff. Inappropriate behavior will result in dismissal.
4. Unpaid Position: This is a volunteer (unpaid) role. Volunteers may receive perks such as event access, refreshments, or merchandise (if applicable).
5. Liability Waiver: Volunteers participate at their own risk. Bloom Event, Inner U Beauty, LushTressByNicole are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
6. Media Release: Volunteers grant permission for photos/videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes.
7. Dismissal: Bloom reserves the right to release any volunteer who does not adhere to these terms or event expectations. Future event participation will not be granted.
8. Agreement: By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
