- The booth vendor fee is the cost required to secure your space at the event once your application has been approved.
- This fee reserves your vendor booth and helps cover event expenses such as venue costs, marketing and promotion, event setup, and overall event coordination to ensure a successful experience for vendors and attendees.
- Payment of the booth vendor fee confirms your participation and reserves your designated vendor space for the event. Booth fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizers.

Selected vendors agree to assist in promoting the event on their social media platforms and networks.
