Join the Bloom Women’s Wellness Experience as a craft vendor and showcase your unique products to a community of empowered, wellness-focused women. This vibrant event brings together local makers, creatives, and small businesses in a space designed to celebrate wellness, inspiration, and connection.
This is a great opportunity for artisans, handmade brands, and creative entrepreneurs to increase visibility, connect with new customers, and be part of a meaningful community experience centered around growth, creativity, and well-being.
Application & Fees
- A $30 non-refundable application fee is required to submit your application.
- All vendor applications are subject to approval to ensure a diverse and balanced vendor marketplace.
Booth Vendor Fee
- The booth vendor fee is the cost required to secure your space at the event once your application has been approved.
- This fee reserves your vendor booth and helps cover event expenses such as venue costs, marketing and promotion, event setup, and overall event coordination to ensure a successful experience for vendors and attendees.
- Payment of the booth vendor fee confirms your participation and reserves your designated vendor space for the event. Booth fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizers.
- The vendor booth fee includes a 10x10 booth space and social media promotion.
- Applicants who are not approved will be notified via email and will receive a full refund of their booth fee(application fee remains non-refundable).

Craft Vendor Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in participating as a craft vendor at Bloom: A Women’s Wellness Experience. Please review the following guidelines carefully before submitting your application.
Selected vendors agree to assist in promoting the event on their social media platforms and networks.
Vendor Booth Requirements
- Craft vendors will be provided a 10x10 booth space.
- Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and display equipment.
- Tents are required for all outdoor vendor booths.
- All tents must be properly secured or weighted for safety.
- Vendors should bring any additional setup materials needed for their display.
- Vendors are responsible for bringing your own extension cords and other equipment and tools.
Products & Merchandise
- Craft vendors should sell handmade, artisan, or creatively designed products.
- Items should align with the wellness, lifestyle, creative, or community-focused theme of the event when possible.
- Vendors must accurately list the types of products they intend to sell during the application process.
- The event organizers reserve the right to limit excessive duplication of similar products to ensure vendor variety.
Electricity
- Electricity may be limited. Vendors requesting electricity must specify the equipment that will require powerduring the application process.
Event Schedule
- Vendors must be onsite and fully set up by 11:00 AM on Saturday.
- Vendors must remain open until the event closes at 7:00 PM.
- Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by event organizers.
Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
- Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean booth area throughout the event.
- Vendors must remove all trash at the end of the event and dispose of it in designated trash collection areas.
- Vendors who leave trash or debris at their booth site may be fined up to $200.
Parking
- Vendors are NOT allowed to park behind or beside their booth or within the vendor marketplace area.
- Vehicles parked in restricted areas may be towed, ticketed, or the vendor may be removed from the event.
Liability
- Bloom Event, Inner U Beauty and LushTressByNicole are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, or other's property. Please ensure your business carries business liability insurance for your own safety and security.
Additional Guidelines
- Vendors must reserve the appropriate booth size when applying.
- Vendors must comply with all festival rules and instructions from event staff.
- Vendors who are unable to comply with event guidelines should not apply.
