Serve up your best bites at the Bloom Women’s Wellness Experience! We’re seeking food and beverage vendors who bring quality, creativity, and fresh flavors to this inspiring community event. Bloom is a celebration of wellness, connection, and empowerment, bringing together women, families, and the local community for a day of inspiration, movement, shopping, and great food.
This is a fantastic opportunity to introduce your brand to new customers, connect with a vibrant audience, and be part of a meaningful wellness-focused event. If you’re passionate about great food, positive energy, and community engagement, we’d love to have you join us.
Food Truck Vendor Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in participating as a Food Truck Vendor at Bloom: A Women’s Wellness Experience. Please review the following guidelines before submitting your application.
Selected vendors agree to assist in promoting the event on their social media platforms and networks.
Application & Fees
- A $30 non-refundable application fee is required to submit your application.
- All applications are subject to approval to ensure a balanced and diverse food selection for event attendees.
Booth Vendor Fee
- The booth vendor fee is the cost required to secure your space at the event once your application has been approved.
- This fee reserves your vendor space and helps cover event expenses such as venue costs, marketing and promotion, event setup, and overall event coordination to ensure a successful experience for vendors and attendees.
- Payment of the booth vendor fee confirms your participation and reserves your designated vendor space for the event. Booth fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizers.
- The vendor fee includes your designated food truck space and social media promotion.
- Applicants who are not approved will be notified via email and will receive a full refund of their booth fee(application fee remains non-refundable).

Food Truck Vendor Terms & Conditions
Space Requirements
- This application is for food trucks or food trailers only not to exceed 30ft.
- Food trucks must operate within their assigned vendor space and serving area.
- Vendors must accurately list truck or trailer dimensions during the application process to ensure proper placement.
Electricity & Equipment
- Food trucks should operate using their own generator or built-in power supply whenever possible.
- If electricity is requested, vendors must specify which equipment will require power during the application.
- Vendors are responsible for bringing your own extension cords and other equipment and tools.
Food Preparation & Safety
- All food truck vendors must comply with local food safety regulations and health department requirements.
- Vendors are responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, and inspections required to operate.
- Food trucks are permitted to prepare and sell foods cooked in grease or fryers, provided all safety regulations are followed.
- A copy of your business license, food service permit and certificate of insurance is required.
Event Schedule
- Vendors must be onsite and fully set up by 11:00 AM on Saturday.
- Vendors must remain open and serving until the event closes at 7:00 PM.
- Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by event organizers.
Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
- Vendors must maintain a clean and sanitary service area throughout the event.
- Vendors must remove trash at the end of the event and dispose of it in designated trash collection areas.
- Vendors who leave trash or debris in their assigned space may be fined up to $200.
Parking & Vehicle Placement
- Food trucks must remain in their assigned vendor space once parked.
- No additional vehicles are permitted within the food court or vendor area.
Liability
- Bloom Event, Inner U Beauty and LushTressByNicole are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, or other's property. Please ensure your business carries business liability insurance for your own safety and security.
Additional Guidelines
- Food truck vendors must follow all festival rules and instructions from event staff.
- Vendors who are unable to comply with event guidelines should not apply.
