The Long Beach BBQ Festival is celebrating its 5th Anniversary in 2027, and we’re going bigger and better than ever!! For five years, the Long Beach BBQ Festival has brought together incredible pitmasters, food vendors, live entertainment, local businesses, and thousands of BBQ lovers for one unforgettable weekend in Long Beach, California. Now, as we celebrate this milestone year, we’re expanding the experience with more food, more entertainment, more experiences, and an entirely new third day! For the first time ever, the festival will kick off on Friday with an exclusive ALL VIP Opening Night, featuring a special curated dinner tasting experience, premium food and beverage offerings, elevated hospitality, and a special live performance to launch the anniversary weekend in style. Saturday and Sunday will continue with the full festival experience featuring outstanding BBQ, live fire cooking, specialty food and dessert vendors, drinks, shopping, live music, interactive experiences, family friendly activities, and special 5th Anniversary programming throughout the weekend. Known as California’s Largest BBQ Festival, the Long Beach BBQ Festival continues to grow while staying rooted in what made it special from the beginning: incredible food, great music, community, and the people who bring it all together. Parking is available throughout Downtown Long Beach in a variety of public parking structures and lots within walking distance of the festival area.Nearby options include: Pike Parking Garage 65 Cedar Avenue Aquarium Parking Garage 99 Aquarium Way City Place Garage A 50 W. 6th Street City Place Garage B 50 E. 5th Street City Place Garage C 51 E. 3rd Street Additional public and private parking structures are available throughout Downtown Long Beach. Parking availability and rates may vary, particularly during Memorial Day Weekend and other major Downtown Long Beach events. Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive early and allow additional time for parking and walking to the festival entrance.We also encourage guests to consider rideshare, public transportation, or being dropped off near the festival to help avoid peak parking congestion. Visit Long Beach recommends transit and rideshare as alternatives when downtown and waterfront parking is limited during major events. Please check posted parking signs and garage information upon arrival, as rates, hours, and availability are subject to change.

Health & safety

The health and safety of our guests, vendors, staff, performers, and partners is a priority at the Long Beach BBQ Festival.All festival operations will follow applicable requirements established by the City of Long Beach, Long Beach Department of Health and Human Services, Long Beach Fire Department, and other appropriate public safety agencies. Food vendors participating in the festival are required to obtain applicable permits and comply with temporary food facility requirements. Guests should be aware of the following guidelines: Security Screening All guests and belongings may be subject to security screening upon entry. Guests must follow instructions provided by festival security and staff. Food Safety Food and beverage vendors are responsible for complying with applicable health and food safety regulations. Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions should speak directly with individual vendors regarding ingredients, preparation methods, and possible cross contamination. Alcohol Safety Alcohol will only be served to guests age 21 and older with valid government issued identification. Festival staff and alcohol service providers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or is unable to provide valid identification. Hydration and Weather The Long Beach BBQ Festival is an outdoor event. Guests are encouraged to stay hydrated, wear weather appropriate clothing, use sun protection, and take breaks when needed. Medical Assistance First aid and medical assistance will be available during festival hours. If you or another guest needs assistance, please notify the nearest staff member or security representative. Children and Families Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children in their care at all times. Smoking and Vaping Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas, if provided. Guests must follow all posted restrictions and instructions from festival personnel. Fire and Cooking Areas The festival includes live fire cooking, smokers, grills, and other professional cooking equipment. Guests must remain outside designated cooking and restricted areas unless specifically permitted by festival staff. Guest Conduct Harassment, fighting, threatening behavior, excessive intoxication, unsafe conduct, illegal activity, or behavior that interferes with the enjoyment or safety of others may result in removal from the festival. Emergency Procedures In the event of severe weather, a medical emergency, public safety concern, or other emergency situation, guests must follow instructions from festival staff, security personnel, law enforcement, and emergency responders. Health and safety procedures may be updated as necessary to comply with applicable requirements or changing event conditions. By attending the Long Beach BBQ Festival, guests agree to follow all posted health, safety, and security policies established by Axiom Productions, LLC and applicable public agencies.

We are looking for high quality, professional, guest focused food businesses that are prepared to serve a large festival audience and contribute to the overall experience of the event. Our 2027 vendor lineup will be carefully curated to provide variety, quality, strong presentation, and an exciting mix of flavors and concepts.

**Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applicants will be reviewed based on menu, presentation, professionalism, experience, operational readiness, space availability, category balance, and overall fit with the festival.

Our food vendor program is designed to create opportunities for independent food businesses, caterers, mobile vendors, pop ups, and emerging BBQ concepts. Traditional food vendor spaces are generally reserved for businesses that do not currently operate a permanent brick and mortar restaurant.

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, attending, or participating in the 5th Annual Long Beach BBQ Festival, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions established by Axiom Productions, LLC: 1. Event Admission is subject to valid ticket verification and compliance with all event policies.Tickets may be required for entry on specific festival days or for special experiences, including VIP programming. Axiom Productions, LLC reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission for any person who violates event policies, engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior, or interferes with the operation of the festival. 2. Ticket Purchases All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by Axiom Productions, LLC.Tickets may not be duplicated, reproduced, resold in violation of applicable laws, or used for unauthorized promotional purposes. Weather The Long Beach BBQ Festival is an outdoor event and will generally take place rain or shine. Guests are responsible for preparing for applicable weather conditions. In the event of severe weather, emergency conditions, or circumstances affecting public safety, festival operations may be delayed, modified, suspended, relocated, or canceled. 6. Event Changes and Force Majeure Axiom Productions, LLC reserves the right to modify event dates, hours, programming, venue areas, access procedures, capacities, or other event details when reasonably necessary. Axiom Productions, LLC will not be responsible for delays, changes, cancellations, or losses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government action, public safety emergencies, utility failures, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, labor disruptions, or other force majeure events. 7. VIP Experiences VIP tickets and packages may include access to designated areas, tastings, food and beverage offerings, premium viewing areas, merchandise, early entry, special programming, or other benefits as described at the time of purchase.Specific VIP inclusions may vary by ticket type and event day.Friday programming may be restricted to designated VIP ticket holders. 8. Photography and Recording Photography, video recording, livestreaming, and media coverage may occur throughout the festival.By entering the event, guests acknowledge that they may be photographed, filmed, or recorded and grant Axiom Productions, LLC and its authorized partners permission to use such images and recordings for promotional, advertising, archival, social media, and marketing purposes without additional compensation. 15. Commercial Photography and Media Professional photography, videography, media coverage, or commercial content creation may require advance approval or media credentials.Unauthorized commercial use of festival footage, branding, trademarks, or intellectual property is prohibited. 16. Festival Branding and Intellectual Property The Long Beach BBQ Festival name, logos, graphics, artwork, and associated branding are protected intellectual property.They may not be copied, reproduced, altered, sold, or used commercially without prior written authorization. 17. Accessibility and Accommodations Axiom Productions, LLC is committed to providing an accessible event experience.Guests requiring reasonable accommodations are encouraged to contact festival organizers in advance when possible. 18. Health and Safety Guests must comply with all applicable health, safety, emergency, venue, and governmental requirements in effect at the time of the festival.Axiom Productions, LLC reserves the right to implement additional safety measures if reasonably necessary. 19.
